Loved our stay in Charlevoix at Andrew’s property! Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shopping, the City marina and amphitheater, library, Lake Michigan beaches, lighthouse and ice cream! Our grand children loved the play yard under the huge shade trees, great entertainment when you’re done for the day! Easy check-in/out process, house amenities and super nice host. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Christmas Vacation

The home was perfect for our family - great location, amenities and host. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping, and close to skiing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out, washer and dryer, kids really enjoyed the hot tub!

Beautiful house, great location

A charming house so conveniently located near town and beach access! Well equipped with all of the things to live comfortably for a long weekend in Charlevoix including a spacious yard and hot tub. Andrew was the perfect host with detailed information about his place and quick responses. My family and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

Just as described. Communication was outstanding. Check-in process was easy. We had a group of 7 women for a long weekend, and we had the best time. Lots of room to spread out and plenty of beds. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!!

Great location and service

We really loved our NYE stay at this property! The property is fenced which was very nice for our dog and we walked to downtown to get coffee on several days. The location is great and the communication with Andrew was even better.

Charlevoix Family Trip

We have enjoyed multiple stays at this property and will keep coming back. The location to downtown is perfect. We walk into town for coffee, meals, shopping. The house was the perfect size for our adult family (all adult kids). We enjoyed the pretty sunroom, the back deck and hot tub. The beds are comfortable which was essential for our two week stay. The owner Andrew was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Family Getaway

Great walking location to downtown Charlevoix! One block from grocery store and restaurants! Great house to rent with children as they had some toys and one room which had two twin beds plus a crib. Hot tub was very nice! Communication with host is immediate and he was very nice to work with! Would stay again, especially in summertime.

Fun in downtown Charlevoix

Despite the weather not cooperating (no snow!), the location was great, very close to downtown with plenty of things to do. Hot tub worked great as well. Place is accurate to pictures, but was not as clean as we would have liked - could have used a deep clean.

We have owned this home for 13 years and it was originally purchased as a vacation home for a family. We have been renting it for 12 seasons and have always enjoyed sharing this renovated home and all amenities it provides through the years. You're looking for a Charlevoix experience with all of the luxuries of home, this house will not disappoint. melodies it provides

The dual central air conditioning is one of the features that many of our guest fun particularly rewarding. Additionally, there is a covered had tub and barbecue directly outback with a large deck meant for family seating. The house is spacious, the floorplan is open and our various features for each age group to love.
