Quaint Villa situated in the woods with short walk to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Only minutes away from top destinations including the Bagnall Dam strip, golfing, national parks for hiking, great restaurants, shopping, helicopter riders you name its here. Villa features individual home with 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath to sleep 8 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill will setup you up for enjoying your stay. The property includes a huge swim dock on one of the no wake coves, swimming pool from May through September and a 30 foot boat slip and launch directly from Holiday Shores private access. This is the location you were looking for. If looking for a large group additional units maybe available. Make your lake life your best life!! 17 Mile Marker in Pogue Hollow Cove.

It was very spacious and clean. The walk to the dock was very lengthy and lots upstairs! Very small parking area for boat trailer. Also thought we were staying on the water from the pictures but didn’t. But David was very responsive and very helpful with everything.

Lovely stay in treehouse like bungalow

We so enjoyed our weekend stay, it was the perfect place for a quiet get away. It was so clean, comfy, cozy with everything that we needed on a lovely quiet cove of the Lake of the Ozarks. It looked just like the pictures and we'd love to come back again on our next trip to the area!

Great location! Super cute villa! Everything was neat and tidy. The host was very easy to communicate with. We did not utilize the swimming pool since it was out of season. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place! Quiet, well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay, exactly as showed on the pictures. We where in the top condo so lot’s of stairs to get to our boat. Keep us in shape!

Great house - super clean

The house is very nice and was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The only issue we had was the number of steps to the boat and swim docks. We had my in-laws with us and it was a challenge for them.

We’ve been coming to this resort for nearly 20 years for our annual girls’ trip with the women from our company. I now book five units to accommodate everyone. This particular unit has always been well-maintained—the owners keep it updated, it’s clean, and I never have to worry about issues. We used to stay in the lake-tier units, but the steps have become too challenging. Since the resort is built on hills, accessibility is always a concern, but this unit has minimal steps and is conveniently close to the pool, which is perfect for the ladies who spend most of their time there. I just hope the owners continue renting it, as so many other units are no longer available.

Great Home

Want to start out by shouting out the host. It great place and felt like home away from home. I had a few questions for the host and they responded very quickly and answered any questions I had. The house was very clean and nice when we walked in. I definitely will plan to come back to this location if open. Thank you for help making our vacation amazing!

Lake vaca

Overall, the entire vacation was amazing! Definitely five stars. At first a little bummed because we thought we would be right on the water but there is easy access to the water so that made it OK. The house was everything that we wanted and more very comfortable.

Very nice place

There were six of us on a girls trip, and it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, but could’ve used an umbrella on the deck. All of the beds were comfortable. We really love the pool. It was located close to the pool. We did not go down to the lake because it’s not easy to get to some of the photos in the ad Make it seem a lot easier to get to! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and recommend.

Good for small family who like to walk

House was great, communication was great. Bbq pitt didn't work "no big deal" owner said he was going to fix it the next time he came down. Close to the pool but it was very small. The dock that is pictured is pretty far away from actual house with a lot of steep stairs to go up and down. If you have a small family and don't mind a hike it's a great place.

Even better than we thought

We always have high hopes for various stays when we travel, but this was better than we could have hoped. Super clean, cannot emphasis this enough! Great location, comfortable furnishings, easy check-in and out, really made our long weekend. Thanks again and we will be back!

Perfect for couples or families.

Super cute spot, with all the immenities of home! Close to everything, but tucked into a tranquil location off the main drag. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! So much so that we extended our time. David was easy to contact and work with. Definately recommend and would stay again!

Location, Location, Location! After reviewing much of the Lake, Holiday Shores is the place to be. Only minutes from all the amenities you could want but secluded and private at the same time was the decision factor. Once you step into the area you will fall in love.
