HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Ocean Oasis is a premier oceanfront property with over 3000 SF of living space, also featuring a private pool and elevator (elevator access is limited to the 1st floor interior only). Ideally located just a short walk from the Garden City Pier. Relax in the shade on one of the two covered porches while enjoying the unlimited views of the Atlantic Ocean. There's plenty of room for the entire family with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and a large open floorplan. Every bedroom offers a TV and full bathroom. The two upstairs master bedrooms share a private covered porch with unparalleled ocean views. Other features include a breakfast bar, wet bar, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, sundeck, outdoor shower, private beach access walkway, covered parking, and much more. This house has it all as you can quickly jump from the beach to a private pool and then take a short walk to the pier for more fun. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Love the property ! Right on the beach. The road can be a little busy, but walking the beach and playing in the sand is just what we all needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house and location are amazing. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious with ample storage. Would like to be able to hang clothes up in closet though. We didn't receive all our linens that we paid for, but we made do. I always bring extra towels anyway. The pool was a little disappointing. It was smaller then the pictures made it look. If you just want to get in to sit and cool off, then you are good. It's definitely not for swimming!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blinds, furniture, mattresses, toaster, blender, and pool furniture need replacing. Yard should be cleaned if people before you leave dog poop. Very disappointed especially for price. Shower door was lying down in shower. Didn’t leave bath mats for every shower or enough washcloths. A GIF wasn’t working. No one came to fix.
