Great house location but…

The house was spacious had lots of room for a big family and was in a great location. But unfortunately since we open the door and turned on the lights we encountered a house full of roaches, carpets stained and pretty sure they have some mold in the house too. If you are going to have a rental property at least maintain it for your guests. Air vents were dirty and there was something black on a corner of the ceiling by the bottom guest bedrooms. This made our stay very uncomfortable because we had to put everything inside the refrigerator or tightly sealed to avoid getting roaches inside.

Nasty water horrible rental company

The water stank and was green. Had to buy water jugs the whole week to cook and vacasa lied to me on a daily basis they will be hearing from my lawyer. Absolutely ruined my family vacation

The property has rotten water. The pool and barbecue grill were dirty.

Main reason to rent the property was to use the pool and the barbeque grill. Also, the water of the house was rotten and it smells bad. I reported these issues the first day we were at the property and no body contacted me.

Big house, Pictures look good!

The house was huge, so much room for everyone. At first I rated it a 4.8 as far as cleanliness goes, then I started noticing a lot. The bathtub fills up with green, stinky water. Feels slimy. I didn’t even want to brush my teeth with it. There were leftover bars of soap in one bathroom. The shower curtain was brown at the bottom. The upstairs where the bunk beds are is a huge space for the kids, but I didn’t find any AC controls up there is it was frequently so hot we couldn’t even be up there. The pool was great, considering it is March. Kids were able to use it after a lot of skimming. I was interrupted during a workout by the pool when the lawn service let themselves into the gated backyard. There was a lot of dust and the doors didn’t seal completely. I was waiting for a lizard to come in through the back side door gap. Overall, 3.9/5 because of the amount of space and the pool. But we had a great time. Price was affordable and totally worth it! Great location!

We loved the location, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with host. My only complaint was the home needs a water softener because it smells like rotten eggs. I would definitely stay there again 👍

Smelly house

The cesspool water was over flowing out side . The water smelled the sewer toilets spit out at you when flushing .. the pool is the main reason why we rented the house it was green upon arrival I texted the property owner she said she would send someone to fix it Saturday while I was at my brothers wedding and no one came ! Didn’t get to use the green pool..

Great house

The property/house was clean and spacious. Nice-sized kitchen with table seating for 7, plus bar stools at the island. It is on a corner lot of a busy street, but generally pretty quiet. We only heard rush hour noise from the street. The water is kinda smelly - sulphur from the well - but not horrible. Since we were there in October, we were assuming the pool would be warm enough. It was not, it was pretty chilly. Overall, we were very happy with the house and its amenities.

Amazing home

We took our family, which includes little kids, teenagers, and adults, to a trip and booked our stay here and we weren’t disappointed. The house was in great condition and all of the pictures matched what we saw in person. The pool and playground were in great condition and everyone enjoyed it. Yes the water smells weird however this is a common thing in the water supply in that area, so there’s nothing that can really be done. Overall we had a great experience at this house.

Disgusting smell in water

This was a really nice house but the sulfur smell in the water ruined the whole stay. The smell of the water was unbearable and had to use spring water to brush our teeth. I drew a bath for the kids the first night and the water was yellow/brown. I wish I would have seen this on a review and we would have NOT stayed. We all dredded taking a shower. The smell went through the whole house. Very dissatisfied with this stay.

Exceeded Our Expectations

I was quite surprised at the ease it was to book, check-in, and check-out of this property. My family enjoyed every moment we shared here. We rented this property for my graduation from the University of Florida and drove over. It is convenient to a local grocery store and the kids loved the pool. My only negative is that there were only two televisions in the house but I’m sure if we ever need another place to stay in this area, this would be it.

Absolutely beautiful

The house is perfect! Location is close to everything but far enough away to have the peaceful relaxation every vacation needs. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to St. Augustine

Family Time

This was a wonderful stay. It was a family get away that included parents, children and grandchildren. The house was perfect!. Extremely clean and everything we needed was there. The location was great. Close to attractions, yet far enough away to be to enjoy quite time. Would defiantly stay again and recommend property
