The Neighborhood:
Poipu Kai is a 70-acre resort community in Poipu. The community consists of seven condo developments with their own swimming pools, an 8-court Poipu Kai Tennis Club, a community pool and hot tub, and the beautiful Green Belt, garden paths connecting the areas of the resort. The resort is between the Hyatt and Shipwreck`s Beach to Brennecke`s and Poipu beaches. Restaurants to walk to are the Grand Hyatt Kauai, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kalapaki Joe`s, and Brennecke`s Restaurant.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect...close to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs and a couple umbrellas. The beds were great. The kitchen had all of the essentials.
Bring your groceries and everything else is right there. Beach and a few stores walking distance under 10 min. Of course you can explore elsewhere but this is a great place for families
The location was fantastic. Having the two swimming pools was wonderful and being so close to the beach made it a great holiday. Our issue was with the living room. Am extra armchair would have enabled our family of 5 to sit comfortably together and having some air-conditioning in the living room would’ve helped a lot.
This was a lovely clean condo in a beautifully landscaped resort with several swimming pools and easy access to the shore. We saw many turtles on the beach and it was easy to get into town for scuba diving and other activities. We enjoyed quiet walks around the resort area and swimming in the pools, which were never crowded or noisy.
Location to beach, pools and walking paths were excellent. Beach, laundry and kitchen amenities met our needs. Close to shopping and dining. Quite atmosphere.
Only things that weren't great was the refrigerator and the beds were really hard, could use ac in the front room, other than that everything else was great

We will definitely take your comments about the refrigerator and beds into consideration and will be adding a memory foam topper to the beds to ensure a more comfortable sleep experience. Rest assured, we have portable AC units in all bedrooms and plenty of airflow in the living area.

Property was great, clean and comfortable. Wonderful location. Had some beach items. The cold bag was small so maybe get a cooler while you’re there, and no goggles for snorkeling but had chairs, umbrella, flippers and boogies boards! We will definitely be coming back!

Property is absolutely perfect. Could not be in a better location. Sea turtles and whales a five minute walk every day. Perfect for families wanting to visit the Island.
Good location, about a 20 minute walk to shops & train station which will take you to the airport or city circle (direct line) close to M5 & short Uber/taxi ride to revesby workers club.
Accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable stay
Lovely place to stay. The air conditioners were great in the bedrooms. Just no air conditioning in the kitchen and living areas. No dishwasher but everything was great and we would highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The listing stated 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which it did, but the third bedroom was a stand alone with the third bathroom on main level. This made things a little inconvenient at times.
Wow. This place was better than advertised. Location was phenomenal. Minutes from the beach and 2 excellent pools and tennis courts and a sports bar. The unit was clean and well stocked for our family group of 6. Really nice patio to sit on any time of day, quiet and looking out at a large green space. Barbq was close and good. Really can’t say enough good about this. Thanks.
Our family of 5 stayed for 9 days. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach and food. The condo was very clean and had everything it advertised. We did have an issue with the main bedroom shower being clogged but we called and they sent someone out that same day to address it! The 3rd bedroom upstairs gets pretty warm in late afternoon even with the air conditioner but not enough to be a huge deal. All 3 bedrooms had air conditioning which was nice. The beds were all comfortable and the pillows were great! We loved using the beach umbrellas, chairs, beach towels and boogie boards available! We would definitely recommend this condo and we would for sure visit again!
