This special niche is on water, with a Big size swimming pool, decks, outdoor eating gazebo, waterfalls, unlimited parking, indoor and outdoor bar, central air, king-size bed, Smart TVs connected to Amazon Alexa, kayak. Hardwood and terrazzo floors on two levels, 1000 sqft with full kitchen and linens. Located in exclusive Lazy Lake in the heart of Wilton Manors close to everything.

Caveat: Property houses have wildlife. Ducks, turtles, squirrels. Must love nature :-)
