About this property

Main Street Tri-plex close to everything!

Welcome home! Our Ajax Unit C condo is what you have been waiting for. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath multi-level condo is perfect for large families or small groups. It is located on the west side of Telluride with upstairs views of the Ajax Peak at the end of (our) the Telluride box canyon
The spacious entryway has plenty of storage for ski boots or hiking boots in the summer. The main floor also features the first guest room. A queen size bed and a twin bunk so all the kiddos can camp out together. There is a full-size bathroom on this level as well.

As you head up each floor, enjoy all the local telluride art adorning the staircases. The open concept second level is perfect for entertaining, and the family chef is (not closed off in the kitchen) right there for your recipe suggestions! The large dining table has enough seating for 8 and there are 2 bar seats for overflow dining. The high ceilings make the living area seem large and the fluffy leather furniture makes the space feel awfully cozy at the same time. Enjoy the board games and books while hanging out in the living room. There is a large SMART TV on Sonos surround sound for movie nights.

The second guest room features a queen size bed and a ¾ quarter bathroom with waterfall shower head. There is a large deck for a summer appetizer and wine pre-dinner seating. In the winter, cozy up on this covered deck and watch the next day's snows come in.

Head upstairs to the third floor dedicated to the master. The suite features a king-size bed with the most luxurious linens and the ensuite bathroom has enough space for both of you to get ready for a night on the town!

It does not have an assigned parking space or garage parking usage, but it does come with an on-street parking permit and map. The home also features a gas fireplace, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer. BL #242

This was our second fall break spending it at this tri-plex in Telluride. The accommodations were great and the host was always quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place that is walking distance to downtown Telluride.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Not only was it spacious and clean, they thought of everything in terms of what would make a comfortable stay - including humidifiers in every room for those of us who don't live in the mountains and need a little extra moisture in the air. Thank you!

Awesome place in Telluride

We stayed here for a few days over fall break. The weather was a little overcast so we spent more time than we would have liked in the vrbo. Thankfully, this place is super cozy and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The host services were responsive with follow ups as well.

What a terrific place! Our 5th time staying - treat to return! Kitchen is well equipped, condo offers privacy and group spaces, and very clean. Everyone is responsive - from check in to when we had a small issue which was resolved within an hour. We look forward to returning!

This place has a wonderful family room with good views out the windows. It’s a short walk to the main part of town and very close to the market. The home has everything you need. Only negatives were parking. It’s slightly inconvenient that seems to be all of Telluride

We loved our stay in this home in Telluride. 2 adults, 2 teens and a preteen. The house layout was perfect with a bathroom on each of the three floors. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen to washer and dryer, games, puzzles and was stocked with toiletries and other essentials. The house was decorated to match Telluride’s special vibe. We loved it. Great views. Walkable to everything. Very responsive rental management company. Highly recommend.

The place is great--large, well-appointed, well-furnished and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful (which is good, because you have to contact them a lot). -Important emails went directly to spam and staff had to instruct me to fish them out (this seems to be the fault of the Streamline vacation rental software) -We never got check-in instructions (until we called to ask) -We never got check-out instructions

Perfect stay in Telluride

We had a last minute work trip and we’re lucky enough to find this place. Impeccably decorated, every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. We enjoyed working from the large dining table with the Olympics playing on the big screen in the background. Will absolutely book again!!
