YOU CAN'T GET CLOSER TO A LIFT IN TOWN! This is the only 5 bedroom, 5 bath at the base of a ski lift in the entire town of Telluride. The ski lift (Lift #7) and the lift ticket office are directly downstairs. So is the equipment rental shop.

Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids. Each of the main bedrooms has a King bed and the bunk room has a Queen over Queen bunk bed as well as a Twin over Twin bunk bed.

Heading to a summer festival with a group? Our location is perfect for a large group or anyone who wants their own space, and their own bathroom, but also a great room to congregate in.

If you don't want to walk to main street or the gondola, a free bus runs the town loop every 15 minutes. It drops off and picks up directly in front of our place. The free bus can also drop you off at the gondola station.

Access to 2 (NEW as of 2024) outdoor hot tubs

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter must notify Ryan on the first day or arrival of any backed up drain. If no notification is given, renter is responsible for costs to clear
Anything besides toilet paper put into any bathroom drain will clog the drain. Notify every guest. $500 is the minimum fee for a drain clear
Ice maker is turned off. There are ice trays for cubes. If freezer makes a clicking sound, put the metal bar in the up position to stop ice maker

We enjoyed the mountainside condo very much. Even though we couldn't ski b/c the mountain was closed due to the strike, we hiked, shopped and played lots of games at the wonderful, long table in the condo. Looking forward to returning when the slopes open!

Excellent host! He was very responsive and kind! The place was extremely clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each room having its own bathroom was great! The location was good too - short walk to town and the gondola. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay here again!

Telluride in Summer

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful 5 bedroom/5 bath condo in Telluride. It was conveniently located to downtown and the gondola which went to Mountain Village. The gondola runs until midnight and is free !! Lots and lots of restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We don't ski but this property must be one of the best with the slopes and lifts literally ending at their backdoor. Ryan was an amazing host and gave us some amazing suggestions on restaurants and activities. Will not hesitate to book again.

We just spent a week there with 5 couples and it worked out great. We ate in a few meals enjoying being able to sit at the dining room table together and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Telluride to enjoy the local restaurants.

It was a great location and a wonderful Condo! We were located on the second floor, above a workout class that began at 6:30 am that was super loud and woke us all up, but everything else was great.

Great Condo in a great location

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or family. The condo is at the base of a lift on the Telluride side. The location couldn't be better and the condo is well appointed with everything you need. I've stayed here multiple years and will be back again.
