IOP Getaway
Overall Sea Cabins is a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. I do feel there are a few areas that need attention. Pool bathrooms had not been cleaned in a while! If it is necessary to use a code for a bathroom, it would be nice if it was clean. Our condo (142) has a few things that need attention as well. Bedroom TV did not work, toaster was broken, bunk beds definitely need to be cozier, and maybe offer complimentary local coffee.
Also, you can hear neighboring units at all hours of the day and night. We saw a noise ordinance sign with hours of "quiet time" but our neighbors did not abide.

All right for a beach condo
You can tell the owners are in the process of refurbishing this older condo with newer appliances in the kitchen and nice countertops. The only annoying thing was that the bedroom and bathroom doors have sticky door jambs and can't shut all the way, but that's a simple fix.
You can't beat the location! The condo was very quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. We also had an adorable little wren who kept exploring the balcony hoping for crumbs.
