Discover the beauty & charm of Downtown Park City in this Old Town Park City Home. This lovely four-story retreat on a quaint street offers comfort, convenience and a prime location. A short walk from Main Street & Park City Mountain Resort, this meticulously crafted three-bedroom + comfortable fold-out couch, four-and-a-half-bath single family home boasts upgraded finishes & top-notch amenities (including a new hot tub) for an extraordinary stay.

This upgraded three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath residence is well maintained and equipped with modern conveniences. Each ensuite bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom, situated on the top level, offers a steam shower. As you come through the main entrance, you will find access to the garage and a hallway leading to the second bedroom, which features a deck.

Downstairs from the main entrance you will find the living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and a second deck with a gas grill. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and a well-appointed kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. The lower floor encompasses an additional entertainment room and a third bedroom with a steam shower, as well as a walk-out patio furnished with a relaxing hot tub. The entertainment room on this level features a fold-out couch with a queen Air Dream inflatable mattress and an adjacent full bathroom.

High-speed internet is available throughout the house, and each of the three bedrooms, as well as the two entertainment areas, is equipped with a television. We offer Hulu and Disney+ for your enjoyment, or you can easily log into your personal streaming accounts.

There is Radiant floor heating throughout the house, while air conditioning is available on the top three floors to ensure comfort during summer stays. The driveway is heated and there is a one-car garage.

Great amenities at this location. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. There was also a high chair and playpen available for use. The host also let us bring our stuff in early on check in day!

From the beginning we had thorough and helpful communication from George and Janelle. And they kept us updated prior to our arrival. This house was perfect for my family. It was my wife and I and our 2 grown children and their spouses. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. The living room area and kitchen table are in the same area as the kitchen and made for enjoyable family time. 4 of us hit the slopes for 3 days and coming home to the private hot tub was perfect. The house is just a block off of the main part of old town and very easy to walk to dinner. I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting PC. It is 4 levels, 1 bedroom on the same level as the front door, one bedroom upstairs, the kitchen and living area are one level down from the front door, and the final bedroom, media room, laundry and hot tub are all on the bottom level. If someone in your party has mobility issues I could see this potentially being a challenge to navigate but again perfect for my active family. George and Janelle were great with communication throughout the process and once we arrived answered questions very quickly. This is a high end house and I don't hesitate giving it 5 stars.

Our stay at this downtown Park City rental was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and just a short walk to both the slopes and fantastic restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The owners were incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. We loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the ideal Park City getaway!

Second stay at this property

Great property roughly equidistant, short walk between the base of park city mountain (for ski school) and the town lift. Also a short walk to Main Street park city restaurants and shops. This was our second time staying at Janelle and George’s house with three generations. The house is extremely well maintained, and the hosts were super responsive once again. We hope to be back!

Christmas Ski Vacation for Family

Wonderful property. Able to walk to Park City Mountain and Main Street. Very convenient to everything. Well appointed with everything we needed. The hosts are thoughtful and always quick to respond to any questions. Our two sons and their wives enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Look forward to a return trip.

Perfect!

Loved everything about the place! This was our first trip to park city and appreciated the great communication with the owners answering our many questions. The location was great. We had a few non-skiers in our group and the house was an easy walk into town. Very clear instructions on how to use the bus system and options for hitting the slopes. Because the bedrooms are all on different floors there was plenty of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, down to spices and tin foil. The only thing we needed to purchase was food! Definitely hoping to make a return trip.

Family ski vacation

Janelle was a fantastic host with a great house. The house was perfect for a multi-generational ski trip - <10 min walk to the base of Park City for ski school (less to a bus stop to drive you there), 5 minute walk to the town lift, great shops, coffee, etc. We had enough space to spread out (bedrooms each on a separate floor) and gather in a well appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. We had some questions to which Janelle responded immediately and she even reached out proactively when it snowed to make sure everything was okay (we got a ton of snow!). Highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

Spring Break Ski Trip - Deer Valley

Very well appointed home within walking distance of Main Street and all of its amenities. Easy access to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts. First time to rent a home in town and while we enjoyed the property and location one must recognize that the area requires a smaller footprint that accommodates the physical location. Photos are accurate but rooms are smaller than they appear and the location requires a lot of stairs so do not rent if you are uncomfortable with significant elevation change over small distances. Owners are responsive and easy to work with - would not hesitate to rent again when we are looking to stay in town.
