Spacious, lower-level 1 bedroom, bath & den area. Private, well-lit entrance and parking. Quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood that is great for walking. Close to all area colleges (10 mins to LU), hospitals, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Peaks of Otter, Bedford National D-Day Memorial, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, Historic Appomattox, Smith Mountain Lake, Golf Courses and newly renovated downtown Lynchburg. Walking trails and professionally designed disc golf course are literally in our back yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Jeff and Kelly were great hosts and covered all of the bases. We weren’t there much but the bed was great, and there was plenty of space to hang out comfortably. Really nice touches with the coffee and creamer options, and super helpful to have access to the garage fridge. We’d love to go back!
