In Crach, Cocoonr Agency offer you this charming 120 m² house with jacuzzi and wifi for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,515 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190) and 2 bunk beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Jacuzzi available from May to September
- A lovely 1,515 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Crach, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray train station 9.5 km (16 min by car)

- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided

Autonomous arrival mandatory: Access to accommodation is from 5:00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a key box on site.
