Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 full bath brand new 2022 remodeled condo with luxury vinyl plank throughout, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances and high ceilings. Private balcony, free Wi-Fi, free parking, 5 minutes away from the public beach. 65 inch LG 4K SmartTV in LR, 4K TVs in every bedroom, workspace desk, in unit new Samsung washer and dryer, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, entertainment etc.
Guest access:
Closest public beach 5 minutes away by car. 15 minutes or so walking. Crab Island is 10 minutes away. Restaurants and point of interest are close by.
Other things to note:
The condo is top floor, no elevators in the building, 0.7 miles away from the closest public beach, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking, 10 minutes from Crab Island.
I cannot guarantee that the closest public beach mentioned here is the best or not crowded or big enough, I can only point its location with accuracy as shown on the Google Maps. If you choose a different beach that should be your choice and you're more than welcome to do so. Henderson Beach, Crystal Beach are wonderful choices in Destin, fairly close.

Absolutely wonderful

The location was perfect, check in was easy. George had all the little things that made the world of a difference like kitchen utensils, towels, washer and dryer, cups, plates. The place was beautiful and clean. Would stay again anytime! Host was responsive and lovely. Please don’t hesitate!

Hi Tish, The description was very clear that is a condo. While you were in very short I had never heard any request or anything from you in regard to the temperature or anything else. So I’m sorry but I never had a chance to assist you. No message or call or text was ever received asking for assistance. The AC is fine, I have 2 maintenance appointments per year to make sure everything is ok. I looked back at your time there AC was working as intended. Not sure what the problem was. 🤷‍♂️

Febreze Fantasy

Property was comfortable and suited our stay well enough. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided, and with 5 women staying 2 nights, that's obviously not going very far. We didn't mind purchasing more, but would've been nice to include that those amenities aren't provided. Also, the car air fresheners throughout the property are overwhelming. My sinuses still hate me from the weekend. Clip on air fresheners for car vents are on every vent in the condo, plus the trees that hang from the rear view mirror in every late 90's model car on the road hang in each closet. There are also several plug-in scents throughout the unit. I really didn't understand the need for the scent overload until I smelled the neighbor's weed. I'm not really into that scene but it probably would've left less of a lingering headache than the Febreze explosion in the unit. Aside from the smells and lack of toilet paper, it was a nice enough stay.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We left 2 rolls of toilet in each bathroom, total 4, the other 2 ones were in the bathroom cabinets. Did you check? In regards to the fresheners we've only got good feedback so that's why we used them. That was an easy fix, just unplug them, open the windows, done! But we didn't know! I messaged you as soon as you checked in to say welcome and to make sure everything is ok and if you need anything please let me know. I've got no answers, no requests of any kind, everything you said in this review could have been easily fixed, we are 5 minutes from the condo and I wouldn't mind if I knew but I didn't so I'm sorry I could not helped while you were in.

Destin family vacation

The property had plenty of room for our family which consisted of four adults, two teens, a toddler, and our small yorkie who had been injured. George was great to work with us and allow us to bring our small pet along as he had sustained an injury. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our group. We drove to a nearby state park for beach access as this was the beach we preferred to use. George was quick to answer any communications we had with him. He also called and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property and George as a host. I would gladly stay here again!

Nice Week

The property was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was like staying at a relatives house; you know it's not yours but you feel comfortable being there. It is a real 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a balcony. Though we didn't communicate much (which is how I like it); the owner did reach out to me before check in after check in and at check out. Directions to property were provided. Check in instructions were clear; with keyless entry. Parking was very simple and free. Location was good, short drive to activities and stores. Traffic near the beach was painfully slow. Because I stayed a week I chose to bring a lot of kitchen tools with me but this property was well equipped with a hand mixer, juicer, cocktail shakers (2), shot glasses, cookie sheet, stock pots (2), colander, Viking mixing bowls and an ice maker. This property is a condo in a multi-unit building; the neighbor chose Thanksgiving Day to do loud house repairs, kinda disturbing (nothing against my unit's owner). I did not like being asked to clean the unit after having paid hundreds of dollars in service fees.

Hi Aleska, Thank you for your review. With all do respect but we did not ask you to clean the unit, we only asked to take the garbage out and put the dishes in the dishwasher to avoid bugs and cockroaches, health concerns basically. The check out list was optional, it's disclosed! In regards to the fees please know that we do not charge anything except cleaning fee, the rest as fees and taxes are VRBO, State of Florida and local county, we do not have any control over that, taxes are mandatory so I'm sorry but it's not us. Again, thank you for your feedback, much appreciated!

Wal-Mart, Bubba Gump's, and some kid friendly attractions are literally right around the corner. There was rarely ever a time when we had to travel more than 10-15min to get somewhere."
