Rare Find! Beachfront 2-bedroom, pet-friendly, private house! If having privacy and being right on the beach is what you are looking for, then Haver's Silvertop is your perfect destination. This adorable one bath gem is located in quiet Fort Morgan and is just the getaway location you are looking for!

The Space

Enjoy a peaceful, gulf front getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow. Upon arrival, the first thing you'll notice is the breathtaking "million-dollar" view from the deck! It just doesn't get any better than this! When you enter the cottage, you'll notice the open concept and the beachy colorful décor. The living area features comfy furniture, and there's seating for six at the dining table. You'll really appreciate the new hard surface flooring throughout the entire house.

The full kitchen is bright and cheery and ready for you to prepare simple meals. The beach theme continues in both the King (new mattress November 2024) and Queen bedrooms where the sound of the ocean waves may lull you into a restful night's sleep. Haver's Silvertop has one full bath.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

My happy place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this property and its location! Small, but perfect for 3 people and one little dog. Wish the owners would update bedding, though!- the sheets slide off of bed and bedding is hot, overall. Cotton sheets are best!

Right on the beach

Great little cottage on the beach. Back porch views of the ocean were incredible! The home had everything we needed for our short 3day stay.

perfect location!

loved how private this house felt! there were neighbors on both sides, but never felt crowded. we had everything we needed for our almost week long stay. wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect LOCATION

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This place is PRIME oceanfront property! We had a small weekend getaway with our kids and it was the perfect place to stay.... Literally it's just steps from the deck to the ocean! The house was very clean and orderly inside when we arrived. We did have to pick up some things left laying around outside but that wasn't a huge deal to us, anyway. Overall it was a wonderful property and we would without a doubt stay here again! Cozy home on a wonderful beach!

Location is Paradise!

The house was simply perfect for us- we had only 3 people and a fur baby, who loved the beach as much as we did! You CANNOT beat the location- less than 50 steps to our tent and a few more to the water! We stayed out most days and watched the sunset. The only negative was the wifi connection. We had nights and several rainy days to binge watch tv, but it would continually freeze or cut off and take 3 times as long to watch one program, which was very frustrating! Ultimately, we were there for the beach, but tv in our downtime is nice, also! Wish they could get a better service provider! Other than that - a fantastic place to stay! P.S.- we cooked most nights and had everything we needed except a can opener! 🙂

Appreciated the concrete driveway...no walking through the sand from the car to get in the house. The house was very clean. Communication from the mgmt company was excellent. Downside: Beds...especially the king size bed...were very uncomfortable. Internet access was in and out, mostly out. Interior was pretty dated....more like a fishing camp vibe vs beach cottage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Proximity to the beach is 36 steps. Can you ask for a closer experience? We could rave about this house more. My mother and friend are in their 70's and enjoy the beach with out having to walk on the sand right from the back deck. Wild life is in abundance and never disappoints from he dolphins to the devil rays, fish to birds of all kinds. It is pet friendly which is fantastic and the property manager is prompt in response to questions and advice on where to eat and attractions. Thank you for having us 2 years in a row now! We will see you again next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location could not be better. We woke up the first day to massive Palmetto bugs (giant roaches). Called the property manager and they sent an exterminator out that day. Only saw dead ones after that but it almost ruined the trip. The pullout couch is in very rough shape and needs replaced ASAP. The master bed is very worn in and extremely noisy every time you move. I felt like the outside edges of the bed were 6 inches higher than the middle. If we hadn't brought our own pillows, I would have been forced to go buy new ones as the ones there are extremely thin. Bring your own pillows!!!! We left a day early because of the uncomfortable beds. The kitchen sink tends to let sewer gas back into the house if you fail to run water down the drain several times per day. It was extremely windy a couple of the days, and I don't know if that affected the sewage venting and contributed to the smell. Did I mention how amazing the location is???
