Sunnyside Beach Villa is a lovely, spacious, light, and airy beachfront rental villa directly on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach in Spanish Wells Eleuthera Bahamas. This area is safe, clean, and pristine. The rental offers free use of a stainless-steel gas grill, (2) tandem ocean kayaks, SUP board, and hammock.
The villa rental offers three master suites - each offering its own bedroom, full bathroom, and a 9' expanse of French doors leading onto a spacious covered verandah with excellent views of the beach, sea, and surrounding islands. Likewise, the large, airy, open, great room with high ceilings offers an outstanding ocean view from a 16' expanse of sliding glass doors, which also lead unto the large covered verandah overlooking the ocean. All renters agree, this villa offers the best ocean views on the entire island from every room! They call it 'a million dollar view.' This villa is bright, cheerful, and comfortable.

This villa rental offers all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, open kitchen, central A/C, ceiling fans throughout. This spacious beach villa rental offers more than 120 feet across private beach front, which makes it quite private. (Other homes on the beach offer as little as 36 feet of beach frontage with neighboring home overhangs actually touching, some are connected to other apartments, and others are not really on the beach at all. ) Sunnyside's is a BEACHFRONT property offering 120' of private beach -- more than any other rental in Spanish Wells. Sunnyside is NOT near the beach, close to the beach, a short walk from the beach, a lot behind the beachfront lots; it is a BEACHFRONT property.

Renters here have delighted in catching many bonefish directly in front of Sunnyside Beach Villa. There is also terrific snorkeling, fishing, and diving available in Spanish Wells. Sunnyside Beach Villa includes free use of (2) 2-man ocean kayaks and paddleboard which are great ways to explore the area. (Otherwise, kayaks and paddleboards are very expensive to rent separately if you can find one for rent.) Golf cart rentals are plentiful in Spanish Wells and can easily be rented starting at $225/wk. = $32/day.

He got a big cooler filled with ice & drinks, we brought along some lunch and snacks, and so began one of the best days ever. We went swimming with the pigs (amazing fun). We went to Egg Island and saw beautiful colorful marine life in really shallow water that the kids could really enjoy. Historic Preacher’s Cave, other hidden caves, a magnificent blue hole, the truly amazing Glass Window Bridge, Queen’s Bath, and he took us to pick fresh mangoes from his farms – delicious! He’s very knowledgeable about the area having grown up “in the bush”! On a different day Capt. Scuba took us spear fishing. Spanish Wells is the fishing capital of the Bahamas, so there are all kinds of fresh seafood available. There are eight restaurants/bars or take aways, 3 full liquor stores, 3 grocery stores, and five variety stores that sell local goods, souvenirs, and more within 1 mile of Sunnyside. There are also home bakeries for fresh baked goods each day, coffee and pastry cafes, and even homemade fresh ice cream available nearby.

Spanish Wells is reminiscent of an idyllic Cape Cod fishing village with swaying coconut palm trees and bright bougainvillea as background.
