Casa Chic is a private luxury beachfront villa boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One of the only luxury private villas located right on the most spectacular sought after beach in Tulum at the end of the Hotel Zone. Casa Chic is within walking distance to lots of world class little trendy restaurants, beach bars, beach clubs, boutique hotels and exquisite shopping. Casa Chic offers the intimacy of a boutique hotel with the luxury of your very own private villa complete with world class private chef service.
All of the bedrooms have a/c. In addition to the villa there is a little palapa right at the doorstep of Casa Chic that sleeps 4 more people to bring the total accommodation to14 people. If extra accommodation is needed this palapa is available for an extra $3000US per week.
Casa chic is ideal for families, friends or just an intimate romantic getaway. Perfect for entertaining. This villa was built palapa style in keeping with the Mayan tradition and it has a beachy jungle feel with a divine ambience day or night.
Situated in the cool palms right next to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere which is a 1.3 million acre reserve protected by UNESCO where you can hire a boat and cruise through the lagoon and mangroves.
A private chef is included in the price (groceries not included and limited to a maximum of 14 people). Any more than that will be an additional charge.
Casa Chic offers the intimacy of a boutique hotel with the luxury of your very own private villa with extraordinary chef service.
Walk for miles and miles along the pristine white sand beach while gazing out at the sparkling turquoise caribbean ocean in the warm tropical sun. If you are lucky you may see a giant turtle laying her eggs or the baby turtles hatching scurrying in to the ocean or just cruise down the beach and grab a margarita and a fish taco at one of the trendy little beachy restaurants.
Tulum is an eco chic environment with many yoga and wellness facilities and upscale spa treatments. The town of Tulum is only a 10 minute drive away. Tulum has a vast variety of different cuisines and night life but is still a very authentic Mexican town. There are several 1st class golf courses nearby and plenty of excursions for family outings. Go fly fishing in the lagoon, birdwatching or go for a boat ride and just take in the wonder of it all. Take a drive to Punta Allen, a sleepy little Mexican fishing village at the end of the reserve and take in a fresh lobster meal. The Tulum ruins are very close by and chichenitza and coba ruins are within driving distance as well.

The fresh water cenotes are a must see! Once a year the giant turtles lay their eggs right on the beach in front of Casa Chic. Having traveled the globe extensively we have never in our lives come across a beach so breathtaking. This truly is a magical place!

Most relaxing vacay

We had the most relaxing vacation ever with the kids. The house was so secluded and dreamy we loved just being at the house chilling by the beach or pool side. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The house staff could not have been nicer. We will definitely be back. We went with the kids but it would also be the perfect house to go with a few couples.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best trip. Barbara who oversees everything was a delight to work with; she assisted us every step of the way and made groceries, meals, activities, and transportation a breeze to coordinate. She also frequently checked-in to see if there was anything missing that we might need. The house is in a great location - we rented bikes from I-Bike Tulum and this made it convenient to peddle and explore all the area has to offer. Chef Antonio and his staff did a spectacular job with the food selection and menus. Roberto, Manuel, and Santiago kept the place immaculate and were never in our way. The pool and beach access were perfect; plenty of shade as well when we needed a break from the sun. Casa Chic felt like our own home; the layout and amenities were welcoming and comfortable. For guests traveling during this time of the year, be aware of the influx of seaweed. The staff cleared the beach area for us but the sheer amount of makes it next to impossible to stay on top of every day. Everyone as Casa Chic were top notch and customer service oriented. We enjoyed our stay, were sad to leave, but looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing place in Tulum

This place is the real deal - offering all that you want in a beach vacation. The property is amazing, quiet and quaint. It is far enough away from the masses that you feel almost alone. The property owner was great to work with as was the host that lived in Tulum. The main star of the show is the head chef - Edwin. In reality, he was with us from 7a - 7p every single day. Forget about the amazing fresh food that he serves for all three meals, he was a great host, helped us with almost any recommendations that we needed and even assisted in getting us a doctor for an ear infection. Edwin really is the public relations for the entire stay and hopefully you get to experience his hospitality. The two main gentlemen that take care of the inside and outside of the house were also so amazing and diligent in their work. The only reason that I did not give the place a solid 5/5 stars is due to the sargassum that COMPLETELY blocks the beach and the horribly polluted beaches that runs along the entire length of Tulum. While it is not the property owners fault, it is worth explaining to customers that pay upwards of $25K plus for a week in paradise. Of course, when we wanted to play on the beach, the staff worked diligently to clear our portion of beach so we could make it to the water, but the tide was so full that we only could get into the water three times the entire 9 days we were there.

A fabulous stay!

My husband, 19 year old son and I spent two weeks at Casa Chic just after Christmas. During our first week, we were joined by family -- including my mother, brothers, sisters, and several young neices and nephews. Freddie and Pedro (the not so scarry "security" guard -- see below) took brilliant care of us, lighting the grill when our own efforts failed, fetching coconuts from tree tops for the children, serving breakfast, and sweeping up after countless small, sandy feet. The house was beautiful and just roomy enough for all ten (eleven?) of us. During the second week, we were joined by three other couples -- all veteran travelers and Yucatan regulars. Again, the house accommodated us all comfortably. Though we generally had a chef in to cook (ask Hui for recommendations...), the kitchen was well outfitted. Linens were of top quality and replaced with fresh supplies daily. The outdoor living spaces were glorious. We especially enjoyed breakfasts and cocktails on the deck. We had no problems at all with mosquitoes or vermin, though we did enjoy occasional visits from a friendly iguana. I am glad to hear that more reading lights have now been installed in the living room but appreciate the need to be sensitive to nesting turtles. The Tulum area is truly a beautiful but fragile environment. (Note: Having had some prior experience in the Yucatan, we all brought headlamps for use outside --walking the beach, for example -- in the evenings. And the children had a blast using them for sand crabbing, too!) In all, it was a glorious retreat! We are grateful to Freddie, Pedro, Hui and Stephan for their hospitality and generosity.

Family summer vacation

Casa Chic was the perfect choice for our family of 7 (ages 18-53). The home was beautiful, the beachfront location and setting were spectacular, the house staff and chef services were impeccable. The house was exactly as advertised. Everyone we came into contact with (from booking to checking in to the house staff and chefs) was professional, kind, and lovely. We felt pampered and relaxed. We also used the suggestions for van driver and masseuses and everyone was reliable and professional. One of our best family beach vacations ever!

Amazing place to stay

Such a beautiful house, with stunning views overlooking the beach. Staying here was an excellent experience from start to finish. A little slice of Heaven

We just returned from a fabulous week stay at Casa Chic. The owner has created a home that is not only beautiful, but very well equipped to handle a group such as ours. The home is exactly as pictured and the beach that is literally steps away was clean, beautiful and incredibly private. We ate a fair amount of meals at the house, and we were so glad that we did as Chef Danielle and Chef Antonio delivered exceptional quality and flavors all with a smile. The house staff were gracious, friendly, and committed to making sure that the home was kept spotless and any requests were met. Thank you Lisa for sharing your home. It is a very special place that we hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway for a family of 10!

From the minute I booked this beautiful property, the owner and property managers were very communicative about the house, activities to do around the area, and places to eat prior to us even arriving. The house itself is just as beautiful as the pictures provided on the website. We were a family of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children (including 1 toddler). The minute we arrived, the staff Leo and Freddie assisted us with our luggage into the house and set us up in our rooms accordingly. They even had multiple travel cribs ready for the living space and bedroom for our toddler. Stefan the property manager greeted us upon our arrival, and provided us with information about the house/area and answered any questions we had. The bedrooms were large and all had beautiful views. Each room had their own bathroom attached. Throughout our stay, we were very impressed that the house staff were very attentive and cleaned the house multiple times a day. The chef's food was so amazing that we only went out to eat once during our entire stay. The food was made fresh daily and all the flavors in the food were fantastic. They also made great drinks for us. They did all the grocery shopping which made it very convenient with a large party. We could not have asked for better staff and chefs during our stay! They were very respectful and made us feel right at home. We didn't have to lift a finger or clean a single thing because the staff were so great! This was the first house rental where we didn't have to clean up after ourselves, and with 4 children that was super helpful! It definitely made for a great and relaxing vacation. We felt like we got hotel and private services in the luxury of a home. We also had used the massage services, who came directly to the house which were very good as well. We all loved the pool and private beach! The house also had toys for the kids to play with. The pool was cleaned daily. We only had one issue where the generator went out in the evening impacting our air conditioners. Stefan, the property manager immediately contacted us and rectified the situation very quickly so we could all sleep in air conditioning comfortably the rest of the evening. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back again! I cannot say enough amazing things about the house, the staff, and our stay! Thank you Casa Chic for an amazing stay!

Nice place but needs some improvement

Lovely accomodation, great views, and rustic vibe. Would recommend if you are visiting Tulum with a group of friends/ family. Positioned on the main Tulum strip, near BE Tulum and Nomad hotels. It was a great location, and easy enough to get to places/ arrange a cab. Stefan greeted us when we arrived and was so lovely and helpful! Gave us great tips to enhance our stay and was very accommodating. Mitch was our chef during our stay, and cooked us some fantastic Mexican dishes - lunch specifically was always a highlight. He had a great personality and was super helpful. Plus his home made granola at breakfast was tasty! The venue was cleaned by Jose and Freddy daily and always in great condition. We were lucky to be in Tulum when the weather was 98% of the time perfect! However did experience a few thunderstorms. Of which resulted in rain entering the lounge area, and also lots of insects in some of the rooms. Of course this was cleaned up quickly, however was slightly unsettling. Would have also been great to have board games for the evenings or the times when there were thunderstorms as there is no TV in the property. Also air conditioning was a great addition, however only started in the evening for 12hrs, which can be annoying for some who like to cool down in the humidity. With that said there are fans in all rooms. Mornings were made extra special by the views in the rooms watching sunrise over the ocean.

Private, beautiful, amazing home and property! Best vaca

This was our second time staying at Casa Chic and each time it exceeds our expectations! The home is grand but relaxing, the grounds, pool area, decks and beach just breath taking! The staff just overall kind and helpful even kept us aware of turtle hatchlings. The property also comes with Chef Services and we never ate so well. You plan out your meals with them which was very helpful since my family has a few dietary allergies. The town of Tulum is quaint and we rode bikes everywhere. Casa chic is a perfect place to spend a vacation away to relax and recharge. The amenities of a high end hotel but in a breath taking private comfortable home!!! Thank you Lisa, we again had a wonderful time at Casa Chic!!

EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS!

Think about THE PERFECT PLACE, then double it. That's what Casa Chic delivers. 10 of us celebrated my 40th bday here and it was the ideal place to do so. The house is breath taking. open. tons of space. beautifully decorated with all the amenities you'd need. from our deck we could see the turtles come in at night to lay their eggs (August)! the beach front is pristine and the 4 daybeds make it impossible to want to leave. Chef Jose was with us preparing the yummiest of foods. each meal was better than the next culminating in a surf n' turf extravaganza. the house staff was thorough and diligent. very professional and friendly as they cleaned the house. The house managers, Hui and Stefan, were a delight helping us pre stock the house and gentle check ins to ensure our stay was going well. quite simply. we had the best time at the best house with the best food on the best beach. I couldn't recommend Casa Chic more.

This beautifully designed Private Residence offers more than home style casual living. It is luxury at its finest, located within a natural setting, has amazing views of the ocean, right off the large outdoor patio deck, the fresh ocean breeze and cabanas are plenty, along with sandy white beaches, gentle aqua blue waters, and privacy everywhere; where you are free to roam at your own pace, to soak in all the beauty. Casa Chic, has a large casual living room, dining room, full kitchen/bar set up, outdoor grilling. Large bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful picture windows and screens that slides open to have fresh ocean breeze flow through entire home. The 'Hemingway' style with beautiful bed linens, netting, decor makes you feel you're truly in paradise. There's a wonderful and friendly staff on site to assist with any needs you may have. The meals prepared by in home chef are outstanding, fresh, and more than you could ask for at any 5-star restaurant. WiFi is offered throughout the home, full refrigerators, freezer, microwave, coffee/espresso machines, are at your fingertips. If you forget something, there's a convenient shopping store (Chedraui) to go to for groceries, beverages, cash, pharmacy, and everyday needs. There's plenty to do to whether soaking in rays, swimming, jogging, yoga, water sports, fishing, or just walking on the white powder beaches, to nearby quaint or upscale restaurants, shopping, and boutique hotels. Be sure to check out the wonderful restaurants they recommend, they're all fabulous!! One thing to keep in mind is, be sure your currency is in pesos. The smaller unique lifestyle in town may only take cash in pesos, and few credit cards. Overall, I couldn't get enough of this beautiful home, its location and beautiful natural surroundings, the wonderful staff, and exposed to diverse people, culture, cuisine, restaurants, unique shopping, beaches, weather, everything...it is all right there to explore and come back to, over and over. You won't want to go home!!

Perfect Paradise!

This is an absolutely FANTASTIC beach house located on the most beautiful stretch of beach in Mexico. Very private and laid back yet a short beach stroll to numerous restaurants and bars. We flagged down a local fisherman in his boat one morning in front of the house and bought REALLY fresh fish! The rooms and decor of of the house are beautiful and comfortable. The expansive outdoor areas seem to double the size of this house. Just open the sling doors on both sides and the let the cool ocean breeze blow through the house. No TV's here, but if you need them you probably looking in the wrong town. There is clear and relatively fast wifi in the house so you can still get your news and sports updates as needed. I would definitely recommend this property and it was exactly as advertised. Great service and wonderful housekeeper providing daily cleaning and breakfast setup etc. great restaurants in Tulum as well...ask the owner for details.

A slice of heaven!

Casa Chic is everything it advertises and more! The location is amazing - super private. It is the best beachfront property I've ever stayed at. It's just far enough away from everything to feel as though you own the beach. The palapa has a great patio that spans outward, so you can overlook the beach and ocean. What more could you ask for? The palapa itself is gorgeous, with everything you need. Rooms are large and beautiful, each having their own charm. With the many, huge sliding glass doors on both sides, the constant breeze throughout the villa is amazing and welcomed after a full day of playing in the hot sun and surf. The many great restaurants in the area rival some of the best spots I've ever eaten at. Tulum's boutique shops are great as well. Correspondence with owners was painless, prompt, and very friendly. I would recommend Tulum and of course, Casa Chic to everyone I know if I wasn't so selfish and secretly wanted to keep it to myself. Already booked for next year!!!

This place cannot be beat!

Our family of 10 stayed here for 1 week, and I have to say it, it was the best vacation we've ever had. Not only is Tulum a stunning, yet charmingly quaint little Mexican town, but Casa Chic has to be the best kept secret within it! It is a gorgeous villa, with such unique style and taste. It feels incredibly luxurious, yet also cozy and comforting too. We spent most of our time out on the front deck, eating, reading etc. and down on the beach. The beach beds are a fabulous addition to the home. The beach itself is absolutely pristine. The water was so nice - we didn't need or miss a pool at all. The rooms are gorgeous, open air and exotic. The beds are large and very comfortable. Everyone was happy with their room. We were all sad to leave! Casa Chic is a MUST for anyone wanting to visit Tulum.

Casa chic is our heaven on earth and we love sharing the magic of Tulum with all of our guests. I designed Casa Chic in keeping with the Mayan tradition with a beachy jungle Tulum vibe bringing the inside out and the outside in. Our staff are like family to us and they do their best to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible.
