Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in downtown Breckenridge. Amazing views of the ski slopes from the living room, dining room, and from the huge deck. Walk everywhere -- 1 block to main street, walk to the slopes, to the trails. New light fixtures. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New paint and flooring throughout. New knotted-Alder casing for that rustic mountain look.

The kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and family room are all open like a 'great room'. The family room has a large plasma TV, two large sofas (one is a queen-size pullout). Three large windows let you sit on the couch and look out at the unobstructed views of the mountains.

The new, fully-stocked kitchen has solid-surface countertops, tall cherry cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher). There is also a coffee maker and a toaster oven.

The master suite has its own walk-in closet, bath/shower combo, toilet, sink, baseboard heater on separate thermostat, solid oak queen-size bed, large dresser with mirror, full-length wall mirror, two night stands, two windows, 32' LCD TV with satellite. The second bedroom has its own closet, baseboard heater on separate thermostat, queen-size bed, six drawer dresser with mirror, full-length wall mirror, two night stands and one window.

The third bedroom has twin over full-size bunk beds, love seat, full-length wall mirror, armoire, one night stand, and one window. The second bathroom has a separate vanity area with one sink on a long countertop and a large mirror. Both bathrooms have the bathtub/shower and toilet in a separate small room closed off from the vanity area.

The front porch has a separate closet for your skis/snowboards/strollers/etc with a deadbolt lock. You can park your bikes on the front porch but there is no way to lock them up (but crime is practically non-existent in Breck so we never bother). The front door also has a deadbolt.

The west-facing balcony is about 8 -feet deep and is accessed from the dining area via a sliding glass door. It has some benches for you to sit and enjoy the sunrise/sunset over the mountain tops. It's also an ideal spot for watching the fireworks on the Fourth of July.

Great view and location

The owner was very easy to work with in terms of making the arrangements for the condo, providing helpful directions on how to get to the condo and other helpful suggestions to make the stay more enjoyable.

The condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to the gondola that will take you to Peak 7 or Peak 8. It is also an easy walk to the Main Street of Breckinridge which has many restaurants and shops.

The condo has a great view of the mountains and a nice outdoor balcony that faces that view.

The condo handled our family of 5 fine. Everyone enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, which is not always true when my family travels.

The condo was clean and all the amenities worked just fine.

I think the condo is a great option for staying in the heart of Breckenridge and we would certainly consider staying there again if we return to Breckenridge.

Awesome location

My family stayed at this condo from December 27, 2016 to January 1, 2017. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. The condo has everything you will need and it is centrally located. Just a short walk to the gondola that takes you to the mountain for skiing. One block from Main Street. I would recommend this condo. The owner was very helpful during our stay with recommendations and anything that we needed. We had a great time.

Fantastic rental

My family stayed at this condo in January 2015 for our ski trip. From the booking process to the last day of vacation, it was a fabulous experience! I would definitely stay again! My highlights:

-short walk to the ski lift (no shuttle needed!) or Main Street for shopping

-bedrooms for 2 couples plus a 3rd room with bunks (perfect for my siblings)

-in our room there was a large walk in closet where we put a pack n play for our son

-very family friendly! The owner provided the pack n play, high chair, and stroller

Great views, convenient, clean and homey!

We stayed here the week of New Years with our 4 daughters, ages 21, 19, 14, and 10. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to be so close to Main St. and to the gondola. The view of the slopes is AMAZING and from the windows we had a front row seat to the fireworks on New Years Eve! The house was well stocked with everything we might have needed when we arrived and Jim was extremely helpful with tips and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Although being on French street was certainly convenient, the one downside was trying to back-out of the parking space onto the busy road. We ended up trying to back in to the parking space as often as we could. We would definitely stay here again!

White Christmas in Breckenridge

My family (2 parents, 4 20-somethings and 1 dog) spent a wonderful week at your home. The location was very central to Mainstreet Breckenridge. We enjoyed the views of the moutains and ski runs from our balcony/porch. Easy walking to the Gondola and shopping. The unit was very comfortable, impecably clean, all amenities including cable TV, high-speed internet, washer and dryer. Defintely will be recommending to Floridian friends headed to the mountains to ski.
