Samudrá in Sanskrit (a classical South Asian Language) means "Gathering Together of Waters". Welcome to N Topsail Beach with this beautiful Oceanfront home. Whether you prefer the breathtaking views of Ocean or serenity of the sound/Inlet or a pool view place, this place has it all

This features a reverse plan with 1st floor having 2 bedrooms, laundry & bathroom. 2nd floor has living room, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath. 3rd floor has a master room & large bath. All 3 floors have private decks

Please note that swimming pool I open only from mid May to mid October (subject to change by HOA)

Wanted somewhere to have a relaxing girls trip and this place was the best for it!! Had plenty of room for everyone and the area was very calm, cozy, and quiet. Would recommend this to anyone and will be staying again!!

This was my third stay at this townhouse and I continue to be impressed. So much so I booked for next year. The owners are so responsive and accommodating. And the view is excellent plus just a short walk to the pool and beach.

Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the ocean, along with a very short walk to both the pool and the beach makes this a great house to stay in. We had so much fun there. We highly recommend this house.

Peaceful Stay

House was very clean, easy access to the pool and beach. It was perfect for a girls trip, there were 4 of us and plenty of room! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book and stay again.

We have stayed at multiple places in Topsail, this was our favorite. Easy walk to beach and pool. Very clean. Linens and towels included. Owners very quick to communicate and checked in with us to see how our stay was. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The view is amazing. Just make sure you are ready for a lot of cardio because of 3 flights of stairs. I suggest you pack light or compact to limit back and forth trips to car. One more thing, the water didn’t get hot in bedroom 3.

Great beach!

Overall the property was great, beach, pool, laundry and parking. The only issue was the cockroaches.

Beautiful location

Lovely condo, shipwatch is great and the community pool always had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our week and the owners checked in on us and kept us updated about a potential internet outage during our time. Very satisfied with our stay.

Clean, comfortable spot with ocean and soundviews

We really enjoyed this rental property. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in each night. The check-in and check-out policies were very reasonable and easy, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed this weekend getaway with the family. Here's some pros that are great for this house - good location of the house - proximity to beautiful beach - cleanliness of the house - responsiveness of the owner - amenities in the house Cons : - None that I can think of !!

Beautiful Townhome and View

A perfect month stay! The townhome is clean, spacious and up to date. Five decks with great views! The owners are responsive and wish to make your stay perfect which mine was. I definitely will be going back!

North Topsull beach

We had a pleasant and easy experience renting this property. We had stayed previously in another unit, and decided to book this one for 3 weeks! Wow! The value was much better, owner was fantastic, and the beach was sun shiny most every day!
