This is an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath with private garden is just 3 mins walk to the ocean. This Single Family home is perfect for groups of 8-10. This home has a designer kitchen, two separate living areas with TV's and an enclosed lanai. 

Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property. The home also has a great side patio for outside dining and BBQ. Comes with beach chairs, beach gear, beach towels and more. Enjoy the jacuzzi day and night.  Easy walk to Brenneckes beach and restaurant.Come stay with us and enjoy paradise!The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Great house close to the beach!

Very nice house and fully stocked with all the amenities needed for your beach stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and the separate living room and family room made it nice for all of us to relax. An easy walk to the beach and some food option, would def stay here again!

Fantastic experience. House was welcoming, plenty of room for all of us, comfortable, fans in every room, portable AC units set up in the main rooms. Nice kitchen facilities. Great porch area, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use, walk right to the beach, super convenient, lovely place, would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Our family enjoyed walking to Poipu Beach and also driving to sights all over the island from this spacious garden home. The drive to the airport is easily less than an hour. We enjoyed the hammock and the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc., also. We prepared delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We'd stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay in Poipu. The house location was a short wander to the coast and beaches. Great communication with manager, check in was easy. The house itself is tired - lots of wear and tear. Good space for a crowd, and fairly well equipped kitchen - but I feel it’s over rented, and needs some updating and a deep clean.

Family Vacation

This property was beyond expectation. I don’t normally leave reviews however, in this case, I will make an exception. This property had everything the description outlined and more. Ease of communication, access to beach and restaurants, and cleanliness. I would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Trip

The property looked as the pictures portrayed and we enjoyed the multiple extra rooms for space when everyone was at the house! The location offered easy proximity to multiple beaches. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the communication with property manager.

Great property. Everything was easy related to the stay. Well stocked. Would definitely rent again. Only minor comment would be that lack of AC in bedrooms can make things a little uncomfortable in the evenings. Otherwise… great vacation home!!!
