Riverfront property on the Waccamaw River. Quiet, country feel with quick access (14 minutes) to Barefoot Landing, Tanger outlets, and the beach. Close to the golf courses. This home comes equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs, and toys. Pack-n-play, high chair, and baby monitor for those with children. Games and puzzles for enjoying time indoors. Enclosed deck with hammock, table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors without the bugs. Large deck with benches and a fishing deck at the river for those quiet nights. Boat launch nearby for enjoying time on the river. Fully stocked with toiletries, towels, bedding, laundry soaps, baking supplies and coffee amenities.

Great Spot for a long weekend

8 of us went for a long weekend golf trip. The house was excellent. The backyard amenities made the trip relaxing and fun. The house is fully prepared for your stay. Would stay again.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The property was clean and inviting while residing conveniently near the beach and other major attractions. I believe our entire family liked the serene environment near the river and woods, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great vacation house

The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. It' close to the highway and makes getting around easy. The neighbors are quiet and the lake in the back is great. Plenty of space for our group of 7.

Lovely cottage

This was a quaint property that had beautiful views of the river. The house had all necessities that you needed to stay. Was beyond my expectations and the host Gail was absolutely fabulous.

Very nice place

Very nice rental, alot of thing were available normally wasn’t such as fishing gear and wood for fireplace. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view of the river and nice house.

Our summer vacation

This house was outstanding, very well stocked with almost everything we needed, the space is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the amenities provided for the beach, cooking, toys, fishing, grilling and all. I must say we travel a lot but this is definitely one of our favorites.

Long weekend trip

Beautiful and Peaceful

This home is really well equipped with just about anything you might need! It felt like staying at a relative’s home, not a vacation rental. It’s a beautiful little spot on the river. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!

Really special place

House was clean and full of pretty much anything you could need to enjoy a vacation near the beach and on a river. The owners clearly want you to enjoy a stress free stay. The bath tub is a dream and my husband enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch at night with the owls. All of us managed to catch a fish or two and the pups patrolled the yard. We hope to be back soon!

Property values in our state skyrocketed during the pandemic and we wondered if we could find something in a pleasant place that we could actually afford. We did our homework and chose Myrtle Beach sight unseen. Our first trip here was to look at property. Of course, we started at the beachfront. But we gradually worked our way off the beaten path and away from the maddening crowds.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were stunned by this property. The location was so quiet and felt so rural but it was located just a couple of blocks from the junction of the 22 (to the beach) and the 905 (to downtown Conway). As we began to improve and furnish the house, it became a dream come true for us. We became addicted to just sitting in the backyard and watching the squirrels and birds and the ever-changing light on the Waccamaw River. With a fire going in the fireplace inside, the ambiance just captivated us. And eating lunch in the screened porch topped it off. Paradise.

We've already had lots of family come to visit. We got into the routine of going to Windy Hill Beach in the late afternoon every single day while enjoying the gazillions of attractions in the Myrtle Beach area during the mornings and after dark. We've been careful to provide lots of amenities so everyone will feel at home and welcome. Enjoy!
