This Ocean City condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. The WiFi will make it easy to download a good playlist to your device, perfect for those long walks along the shoreline. Be sure to explore some of the fun on-site amenities that include a shared indoor pool and a community fitness center.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note the WiFi is provided for a fee throughout the building.
A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Property was great for a long weekend. Building was awesome. Parking was easy. Indoor pool was great. Common areas were really nice. Bathrooms could use an upgrade or two. Overall very pleased!

We had a great experience here! The place was clean, the fitness center had lots to offer (there was a 10 refundable deposit if you wanted to use it), the pool was open until 10pm, and great location. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, we had so much space. Just a note for anyone who stays here, the wifi is an extra cost, parking is not included, you pay English Towers when you arrive and for check in you have to go to Vacasa to pick up your keys. We will be back!

Family vacay and competition

This property lived up to any and all expectations. It was spacious and very clean. All staff was polite and helpful when needed. Three only downfall was we had to pay for the wifi but other than that it was a great choice for vacation. We will definitely be booking again.

We loved this place, it is right on the beach and has a large indoor pool and a small gym. There is an ACME down the street and Jason at the front desk came on duty at 12:30 pm to 1l:00, he was very helpful. There is plenty of parking and luggage carts are available for your convenience. The Unit was very spacious, no bunk beds, Master King and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus a queen pull out sofa.

English Towers is right on the beach and the bus stopped across the street, plus there was an ACME within walking distance. Luggage carts were available at each back entrance making it easy to get your things to your unit. There is also a gym on site and a large indoor pool. The Unit was very spacious, each bedroom had a TV and all but the Master had 2 beds. We picked it because there were no bunk buds and we were all female senior citizens. The building was well kept and Jason at the front desk was very helpful.

I emailed and called several times before arriving and no one called me back. The sheets on the bed were filthy and whatever was in those bags… supposedly clean linen and towels were dirty and wet. So I spent the first 2 hours of vacation doing laundry.

Place was clean and building lobby etc was always clean. It could use some paint etc but roomy and had everything we needed. I did not like that we had to pay for parking, wifi, etc. after paying for the place. Need a key to get into the building, use bathrooms in lobby, etc. 24 hours daily. Great for security but there were 8 of us and only 2 keys which was problematic. We asked for additional key and a later check out and told no to both. Balcony huge but view of bay only - no ocean view.

Outdated - condo needs major updating. Two of the 5 beds were horribly uncomfortable. Sliding glass door was stuck (filthy and rusted track.) Kitchen had child forks but no adult-size. Really?? No remotes for bedroom TV. Bedsheets were on some of the beds sideways. I really can’t say anything positive except the building itself is very nice, the pool is great, and the location is perfect.

Condo was bigger than I imagined. Primary bedroom and primary bathroom could use a good reno though. Bedroom furniture is quite dated and rug is old. Bathroom was rather gross-tile and walls have seen better days.

This is my second time staying here. They have done an upgrade with new couches ,mattresses and decor. I really enjoy staying here especially because I have different age ranges of children. I’d like how the bedrooms are set up with the two smaller rooms having two beds in it. A lot of places do not have that. Even though it’s facing Bayside you still get all the experience of the ocean side. Definitely plan on staying again.
