There is alot of steps down to lake or going up to pool area. View is blocked by a tree which was ok the temperature was brutal so it provided shade for most part of day. Villa was good size for 7 people and decently equip with the basic kitchen accessories. Hostess was very helpful and quick responded to any questions I had.

Family trip

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Cute little park play area. My grandson enjoyed the splash pad and pool. Great location. Near restaurants. Family friendly. Pet friendly. We definitely plan to stay again soon.

Enjoyable stay

We were very happy with the villa. It was clean and spacious. The location was close to restaurants, a grocery store and gas station. We didn't use the lake dock, but we did enjoy the pool several times. We do wish it had a better view of the lake, but that wasn't a huge issue. Would definitely recommend to others.

This location was very good. It was close to what we were wishing to take in.However, one of the burners on the cooktop did not work (back right), the light below the microwave was burnt out so it was very dark to cook in the corner, I used my cell phone light. The dishwasher detergent holder cover was missing, but it still worked.The tree off the back deck was overgrown on the patio, which made the chairs and table covered with droppings from the tree, which stained the outdoor furniture black. The grill was very dirty and held extra grease in the bottom, that allowed grease fires to flare up.One of the TV remotes needed new batteries, which we purchased. There was only one large trash bag for 4 nights, which we filled in 2 days and had to buy more.Air Conditioner thermostat did not work properly, we could not get it back up to 78 when we left. (which is their request). Some of the window seals were broken and one window had a small crack, which made the unit appear dirtier.

Thank you for your thorough review and so sorry to hear about some of the dislikes. We do keep extra batteries, light bulbs, and trash bags in the unit and could have easily directed to where those are kept (or provided within a short time if the extras all used) had we known. We will definitely get the items fixed for our next guests. Appreciate your attention to detail and help to keep a great unit for all our guests!

Ozark Getaway

Nice owners, very responsive, Very clean and nice place, not far from the pool. Has some games for the kids. Why not 5 stars you might ask. We took lake view (could kind of see it) as close to the lake which it kind of is if you are capable of walking up and down about 100 stairs (guess). Even healthy I don't think I would have enjoyed those stairs much. We go in and out with out tritoon several times a day usually. Got pneumonia just before going down so this pretty much was a no go. The listing didn't say there was a fee for the boat slip ($25 per day). They ended up charging me $50 for 4 days but I only used it the one day because we moved it. I called the owner and she gave me some recommendations where I might find a more accessible one. Found another boat slip that we drove to with no stairs so we saved our boating vacation. A little different that there is a $175 cleaning fee and we had to take all garbage by vehicle to the upper entrance dumpster (else $25 per bag charge), bring all bedding down and separate it along with all towels and wash clothes. Seems a bit steep compared to some other places we have utilized.

The property was as described. The spaces worked well for our family. The area was quiet. The pool was good for the kids-a bit of a climb. Overall the unit seemed fairly clean but we found several black hairs stuck to the side of the bathtub before we used it and saw a silverfish the next day. We found a sock that didn’t belong to us under the fitted sheet when we stripped one of the beds. The dishwasher didn’t work but we were warned about that before our arrival. Not major issues but ones that need to be addressed.

Summer vaca

We had a great week at the lake. Very comfortable villa, beds are very comfortable. Nice quiet cove and boat slip availability. Plenty of space for our family with 7 people. The pool was nice and short distance to grocery store. Only downfall was the 116 steps to boat dock and could not see the lake from the balcony. Super clean!!!!!!

Perfect for memories

We were able to get away with a 19, 17, 13 and 12 year old. Swimming and floating off the deck (though lots of stairs to the deck! Lol) all restaurants, grocery stores and activities were close by! Bring extra water games/toys…. But had a great time making memories-
