How to have a Fantasia Vacation!
You may know that a Fantasia is a musical composition that is improvised and freeform (as your vacation should be)!
With that in mind a very few notes to enjoy your stay;
Best place to view the sunset? Trek to the 4th floor tower after sunset; the lights of the town coming on as night falls is magical.
Best breakfast spot? The spacious screened front porch is ideal for morning coffee, watching the show unfold around Tupelo Circle. (Nice outdoor room to send the kids or escape them too.)
Shower? Definitely the outdoor private shower; rain or shine, winter or summer it’s refreshing with a live oak canopy above.
Biking? As the highest elevation in Seaside you can (almost) coast to Modica Market or the beach.
Artworks? By Libby Gee Cooper (mostly).
Bedrooms, Small! Master has a queen bed, bedroom 2 with a full bunk, bedroom 3 with a trundle. (Remember life can be simple.)

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
All bedrooms are located on the second level.

Floor 1: Fully Stocked Kitchen, Updated Bath with Large Shower (connected to the outdoor shower), Living area and TV with ample seating including wall to wall wrap around designer bench.

Floor 2:
Queen bedroom
Bunk room (full bed on top and bottom)
Twin bedroom with trundle (sleeps 2)
Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo

Floor 3:
Escape to the tower and viewing area for an enjoyable evening of watching the sunset!

** There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $84/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
