Welcome to our updated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo at Maui Vista. This unit is beautifully nestled away at the back of the complex on the ground floor. This is one of the most private and quiet locations in the complex. You can avoid any elevators or stairs with easy ground access. You wont find a more private lanai in the complex!

Maui Vista is centrally located just steps from the beach, surfing, park, restaurants, shops and stores. This unit features:

- Modern kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops

- Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher

- Updated bathroom

- 1 large bedroom with a king size bed (Tuft&Needle Mattress)

- In unit washer and dryer

PRIVATE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE IN YOUR OWN TROPICAL PARADISE

The best part of this condo is the location and private lanai! Enjoy the tropical outdoor living area for soaking up the sun, reading a book in the shade, sipping your morning coffee, connecting with family and friends, grilling, or relaxing.

We are a 2 minute walk to Charley Young beach and a 5 minute walk to Kalama Park and "The Cove", the best surf spot on the south side of the island! Beach gear includes:

Our host was excellent. This was a last minute booking due to weather issues trying to get home. Extremely responsive and accommodating. Condo is very nice, well designed and in a perfect location. Would love to stay again.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this Condo .The king bed is so comfortable, the two air conditioners, the large fridge with an icemaker , the very private Lanai , the 65 inch TV , comfortable couch were all top notch ! We had the coffee maker go down on day two and with an email the owners delivered a new one in 45 minutes!We were there during the big Kona storm and had a power outage. I sent an email to see if we could get some flashlights and we had three delivered in less than an hour ! This is a perfect vacation rental for a couple and has a pull out couch queen bed if you have kids . Thank you very much to the owners Laura and Tyler

Perfect location for our stay. You can walk to beach easily and small reef at Charley Young Beach has turtles.Condo had all the amenities we wanted. Small problems with condo promptly remedied. Lanai is in the shade and very private which we quickly appreciated as the heat of the day arrived. King-sized bed comfortable. AC in both bedroom and living room used as couldn't leave sliding screen open at night as ground floor unit. We were able to play pickleball everyday as good court availability. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great stay!

Lovely property, perfect for my husband and I to spend a few days on Maui for our honeymoon! Love the space, the decor and the private patio with beautiful plants! We didn’t end up cooking, but the stove top looked really neat. Love that it came with a washer and dryer. It was quiet and cozy. Didn’t even hear any neighbors. Location was awesome, so close to the beach and places to eat and shop! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Location was convenient for day travels throughout Maui and easy to get in and out of the property. Dont miss Baby Beach in Lahaina and Slaughterhouse Beach if you are traveling with childeren.

The place was very clean and organized. It was comfortable and cool and was in a great location.

I would rent the same place again! It was a nice little place that felt like home. Everything you needed was in the house and was close by to where we wanted to go.

Beautiful place with everything you need!

The location was great for getting anywhere in Kihei. The parking was a breeze. The apartment was stocked with pretty much anything you could need AND it was decorated beautifully. I wish we would have stayed here for all the nights we were on Maui!

This place is in a perfect location. It is right in the middle of nice beaches and restaurants/food trucks. Also right by foodland grocery store. It was so nice having snorkel gear and beach stuff there. We did notice most of the remotes are out of batteries and there were not any extra so we had to use one pair of batteries and switch them around to turn the fans on and off. We also found a few cockroaches in the house throughout our stay. They would kind of just show up on the ground so we were cautious about walking around in the dark or leaving our suitcases open. Overall tho very nice place and location for the price! We love Kihei so much!

Perfectly situated for easy walking .. This unit is a bit tired BUT the things you really need are awesome, the king bed was so comfy...the TV is great and has lots of channels , the fridge is massive and has an ice and water dispenser which is a game changer!! And the toilet has a bidet attachment! The host is local and very nice. Had a small problem with the last guest breaking the beach equipment and we let her know, she was there with new stuff within a half hour! We stayed a month and loved it.

Wonderful stay

We had a terrific experience here. I could easily live at this property as my full time, primary residence, and have a happy life. The only bump we had was figuring out how to lock the front door (which I figured out myself after a few minutes), and the host was very prompt with communications making us feel well looked after.

Great location and price

This was a prime location, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and nice beaches. We stayed over fourth of July week and Wailea has one of the best (and few) fireworks shows on Maui. It was easily viewable from Kamaole Beach, 10 min walk from the property. Other perks: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were all provided; the kitchen is stocked with enough items to cook breakfast, make coffee, and prep food for the beach; the A/C units cooled the property quickly; the porch area is quiet and private; the bed is huge and comfortable.

Very convenient

Wonderful location. This condo is close to everything you need. It’s close to the beaches and shopping. There are several good restaurants nearby. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are never crowded. The owner was very nice and helpful. They provided some nice amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas. We appreciated having laundry soap and dish soap provided also.

Great Place to Stay

We impressed with how well stocked the condo was, it had everything you need. The unit is beautiful, having been recently remodeled. It has a comfortable king bed, air-conditioning, new smart tv with an impressive array of channels. Everyone we met that lived or worked at the condo was very friendly. I will definitely check availability for my next trip. Mahalo!

Great location, poor cleanliness

Great location near Kihei shops/cafes and the beaches. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay but cleaning needs improvement. Sheets were dirty, hair and nail clippings in the bathroom sink, food on the kitchen countertops. Had to spend the first hours of my vacation washing the sheets and cleaning surfaces.

Aloha. We are perplexed by this review since this guest never reached out to us at all during their stay. With the fires in Lahaina our schedule changed so much with numerous cancellations and rebookings. It sounds like the unit wasn’t cleaned at all and was missed on the cleaning schedule. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing since the guest never contacted us at all during their stay which is very strange. We are only learning about this issue after they left the review. Had the guest reached out when they checked in to advise us of cleaning issues we would have immediately had the issue resolved.

Originally from Vancouver, BC Canada, we decided to follow our dream of one day living in Maui. We married in Oahu in November 2014 and moved to Maui in August 2015 with our bullmastiff, Roxy. We love everything about this island and have never looked back!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Kihei is situated on the South side of the island and is known as one of the sunniest and driest areas on Maui. We purchased this property because of the central location. We love that it is so close to everything Kihei has to offer yet is just far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. When we bought the property is was in need of a complete remodel. We were up for the challenge and are so happy with how it turned out!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our condo is completely renovated and modern. We chose more modern furnishings compared to the more traditional, tropical style furnishings typically seen in Hawaii. We invested extra money into new mattresses so we can provide our guests with a comfortable sleep, just like you would get in your own home. Our favorite thing about our condo is the private large lanai. We love spending mornings and evenings outside on the lanai enjoying the sunrise or sunset, dinners, coffee in the morning or just lounging with a book. We furnished it with an outdoor living area as well as an an outdoor dining table to seat 4 guests so you can enjoy meals outside.
