The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please set all 3 AC temperatures to 78F (summer) or 65F (winter). The AC thermostats are in the living room on the 1st floor, in the master bedroom and in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

Put all used towels and sheets in the bathtubs.

Put all trashes in the kitchen trash can or bathroom trash cans.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No party is allowed outside of the house between 9pm to 8am. Please don't make excessive noise to disturb our neighbors.

No music in the front yard or back yard unless you obtain approval from us (We will approve playing music for special event, such as wedding).

Please DO NOT use the amenities or parking lot across the street since it belongs to the street MorningView HOA. The cars will be towed.
