Renters should be aware this property is VERY run down on the outside including needing many repairs and removal of Many of the reviews focus on Geri being the host, and right next door, and she is. We were promptly refunded in full

Location is amazing as the house sits lakefront on a quit cove. Many places at Lanier have very steep walks to the dock, but this house was the best we've had in 4 years. The property is dated for sure, more so than the photos lead on, but it was clean and had every kitchen gadget you'd ever need plus nice appliances. Price is very reasonable given the size/location. Lots of owner DIY maintenance that probably should have been done by professionals (hot/cold water switched, pool repairs, glass panel deck edges, electrical nuances). Owner lives right next door and was unbelievably kind, very communicative, and worked with us on a discount when the pool needed last minute major repair.

I'm glad y'all enjoyed your stay! The hot & cold water in the shower was done reversed when the home was built; I wish that I could DIY the fix! As for the pool repairs, I hope that y'all have an easier time getting folks to show up! Thank the good Lord, after all of the calls & people that I've spoken with, I have finally been able to secure contractors to come fix the problem! As far as the corner edges of the gorgeous glass railing that I recently had installed, by professionals, the brackets keep coming loose, and although the installer has told me many times that he would be out to reattach them, he has yet to show up, as he states that the brackets are just for looks and don't actually do anything, so, I guess, I'm going to have to replace them securely. My dad allows said that if you want a job done right, do it yourself. But, I honestly wish that the people that I hire & pay to do the job, wouldn't cause me to have something else to take care of. As for the electrical, I'm not quite sure what you are referring to, as I had certified electricians re-wire the home 2-3 years ago. You are so right about the easy walk to the lake! Again, I'm really glad that y'all enjoyed your stay!

Great place for our group!

Great stay, manager accommodating

Our family gathered at this property for our Thanksgiving holiday and we enjoyed our stay. Property manager, Geri, was hospitable, communicated with us as often needed and was very accommodating. Property was spacious and lake view relaxing. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Great Lake Property

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Geri was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The dock was amazing with the kayaks and canoe. The teens enjoyed fishing and we rented a boat for some extra fun on the lake. Great house for multiple families!

Road Atlanta

A group of 11 of us traveled to Atlanta to witness the Sealmaster Lexus win the championship. The house is an easy drive to the track and was setup really well. We all enjoyed our stay and Geri was a wonderful host! We will definitely rent this house again next year!

Lake Fun for All

A very comfortable house for all ages. Lots of lake “toys”. Canoe, kayaks, and floats. Easy distance to other places we wanted to go. Grandma, daughters and grands had a wonderful week together. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.
