Located on the south shores of Lake Lanier, offering 45 easy steps to the dock and lake. This is truly a paradise away from reality. My home offers spectacular views from just about every room, with attention paid to every detail. I want to make sure your stay is care-free! Located minutes from Downtown Buford, Lake Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, the Mall of GA, as well as many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Local activities include boating, and I have a canoe, 4 kayaks, 2 tandems & 2 singles, fishing, and I provide the gear, all at no extra fee, golfing, horseback riding, zip-lines, water park, state parks, wineries, and just about anything you could imagine. But, then again, you may not want to leave this paradise; as it offers a private, heated swimming pool w/ bar, TV/Stereo, grill, fire pit & hot tub. There's a pool table, a ping pong table, numerous indoor & outdoor games, such as corn hole, volleyball, basketball, ladder golf; a dock w/ a party top & plenty of seating, a covered boat slip, and floats for multiple people and for singles. And don't forget about the ice cream maker, popcorn maker, and popcorn & coconut oil provided, the Best margarita machine, and the fish fryer!
Main floor: cali king master suite w/ walls of windows w/ breath taking views of the lake, a luxurious bath w/ sep. shower that offers an opportunity to spoil yourself with both an extra large raining shower head & a hand held message wand w/ multiple settings & there's also an oversized soaking tub to day dream about your next lake adventure. Just off this suite there's a bed nook with bunk beds. a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. Also on the main floor you have a *King poster bdrm w/ flat screen TV, in fact, all of the bedrooms have TVs except for the Bunk Bed Suite. There is a full bath just a few steps down the hall from the King bdrm. On the Main Floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen w/ all appliances, including a double oven that offers convection cooking, w pots, pans, glassware, plates, utensils(enough to serve 20+ diners) There's even plastic wine glasses, and plastic frozen mugs to enjoy your favorite beverage pool side or while relaxing in the 8-10 person hot tub! The kitchen also boasts a Keurig One cup coffee maker, a Mr. Coffee Full Pot coffee maker, a party size coffee brewer, 4 slice toaster, Cuisinart Smart Duel Blender/food processor, crock pots, electric griddle, air fryer, electric wine chiller, a party size drink dispenser, a coffee bean grinder, a pasta roller & a generous supply of spices/seasonings, all with paper products included; such as paper towels. And there's bar seating for the non-chefs whose job is to entertain the cook! The Dinning room is formal w/ a table that seats 10+ diners, & there are folding chairs to accommodate the extra folks. You also have a Full laundry center w/ washer/dryer, iron & board, clothes steamer, laundry detergent & Fabric softener is also supplied. An open living rm w/ a wall of windows overlooking the lake, an entertainment center w/ a TV, Sony Blu-ray disc BVD/DVD home theater system, book shelves w/ some easy reading, a warm fireplace, and comfortable seating. There is a sun deck off the living rm that overlooks the lake w/ a smoker/BBQ pellet grill with pellets provided; there's also a conversation pit w/ a fire table to enjoy the fireworks on holidays and Full Moon weekends. Upstairs: There's a Loft, overlooking the Living Room and Lake, with a sleeper sofa & entertainment center w/ gaming TV, wii game console w/ lots of games & exercise discs. There's also a full/queen sized sleeper sofa. Just off the loft, you will find another cali king master suite w/ a poster bed, lake views to die for, a fireplace, sitting area, TV, and an elaborate bath w/ a soaking tub, sep. shower, double vanities fit for royalty. The Terrace level is a whole other house! There's a common area w/ a full kitchen, including a refrigerator w/ ice maker, dining area, bar, pool table, TV, the best frozen drink machine made, an old fashioned popcorn popper, and yes, the popcorn & coconut oil are provided for your enjoyment, an ice cream maker, with Rock Salt provided, an old fashioned hot dog roller, a Smores maker, a chocolate fondue set up, and an extra large fish fryer with the stand and propane regulator w/ propane tank provided. There's a Queen sized Safari bdrm w/ a wall of windows, overlooking views of the lake and a shaded patio w/ ample seating to enjoy warm summer nights or you can fire up the outdoor fireplace to take the chill out of the fall night. Here, in the walk-in closet you'll find a poker table top with a full poker set, including multiple decks of card, chips and the whole set up for a great night of bonding with family & friends!There's a Full bath just around the corner. There's a bunk bed suite w/ 4 twin bunks & 1 twin trundle bed, offering a 5 bed suite with a Full bath. And for the young 'uns entertainment there's air hockey, a giant floor piano, and games & puzzles. High quality towels & bedding, including beach towels, and a lot of hypoallergenic bedding; are provided. And, if needed, I can meet the needs of those who may be highly sensitive, when laundering the linens to be provided, a hypoallergenic detergent will be used, just let me know in advance.
Each level offers guests' common areas for gathering, as well as space for private moments, and the party dock, just steps away, provides a hammock for chillin' out, loungers for sun bathing, a table and chairs, and a 10' counter-levered umbrella that lights up automatically at night.
The swimming pool is something you'd find in Vegas w/ 8' tall Greek goddesses ho!ding the base of a beautifully fountain; inspiring relaxing evenings, and joyful days. There's also an entertainment bar, with a TV, a gas fire pit, a gas grill for pool side cook outs, bar stools, loungers, tables & chairs, cushions, and several umbrellas. The 2 car garage can hold your vehicles, or you can make use of the sitting area & ping pong table. Or, you may want to play a game of basketball, corn hole, volleyball, badminton, ladder golf, or simply go for a bike ride and enjoy the bountiful nature that's all around! You could also choose to get in the pool to play a game of Aqua Volleyball. Your choices are endless!
