Very nice 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath pool home. Nice open floor plan, ceramic tile throughout, nice light kitchen with a large utility room. The bedrooms are large with good-sized closets, the main bedroom has a half bath that opens out to the pool area. There is a very large covered and enclosed lanai area overlooking the freeform heated pool. Close to all major roadways, shopping, Port Charlotte mall, grocery stores, and much more. Tucked away in a nice waterfront community. The garage will not be accessible.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time renting a house rather than hotel and we had a great experience and would do it again. We loved having the pool. The house was very nice and pet friendly.

Absolutely no surprises. Best outfitted place we've stayed. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. This will definitely be my "go to" when visiting our family here. Location ideal for whatever you need. And it's only 30 minutes from a beautiful beach where you can watch the sun drop below the gulf's horizon. Fantastic stay.

Wonderful!

This was a perfect house for my husband and me for a relaxing week. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the patio/sunroom. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful, roomy and comfortable place!

Very relaxing! We were helping our son move and we could come into this welcoming home. Relax in the pool and on the lanai! Owner very easy to communicate with.

Week long getaway

The house and peoperty is beautiful and well maintained!My kids and I stayed for a week to visit some friends and enjoy warmer weather. The heated pool was very popular with my kids Everything we could have needed was provided - kitchen items, bath and pool towels, and extra bedding and blankets, as well as chairs, toys and an umbrella for the beach. I would highly recommended staying at this property!

Cute clean and easy!!

We had such a great stay! We had a busy weekend and didn’t stay at the home as much as was intended but it was clean, had everything you’d need for your stay! The access to the house was super easy too! We loved the outdoor screened in porch! We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s house. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was warm and we enjoyed it immensely. Steve is a great host and was quick to respond to our texts. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent 25 days in this wonderful pool home. The house was just as described. We loved the neighborhood, pool and close proximity to store’s restaurants and the beach park. We will be back!

Was extremely please with everything

The property was as listed, a very well kept up 2 bedroom house, with a private pool. Everything was in great shape and the house was well supplied. I had great communication with the owner and he was always timely in his responses to the few questions i asked him, including arranging an extra 4 days. I stayed for a total of 11 days and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom with a private pool, this is this place to go. Thank you Steve for a great stay!

Excellent House

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at the house the in Port Charlotte. The house was very clean. We absolutely loved the heated pool and used it almost every day. It was always heated to 87 degrees. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I found everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect Spot!

Enjoyed immensely. The house and property are exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well appointed with everything I needed to have a home away from home for January. The pool area screen was damaged by Irma in September, Steve let me know about this, had it all cleared away and it became a non issue for my stay. Sun shined, pool was warm and neighborhood VERY quiet. Just what I was looking for. Steve and his home get my highest recommendation.

Great location

Had the pleasure of staying at this property just last week. We were in the area for business and for our anniversary. House is close, located in Port Charlotte, quick to North Port and Punta Gorda, so great location. At first it was difficult to gain access to the house as the pad wouldn’t illuminate.(that would be our error but not sure) I did message the owner and he responded very quickly. Once inside, they have a key to use when you leave so we used that each time so it was perfect. House has a pool but I will caution, it’s open which mean zero privacy. There is a neighbor with a beautiful dog, but it would keep barking each time it was out cause it could see us and obviously wasn’t used to us. Also, the house on the other side is having work done and a couple of times a worker was walking right by us to gain access to that backyard while we were using the pool. It’s not a deal breaker for the property but was kinda annoying to not have the privacy. Also, we found a LARGE nail in the pool while swimming. Hubby stepped on it, not hard so it didn’t pierce all the way through the skin. We understand though that the whole area was just recently hit by hurricane Ian and there’s still some loose debris. We did notify property owner and left for them to address. The remote for TV to change the channel was broken. We’re not big TV watchers, so not to big of a deal but there was a basketball game on and hubby wasn’t able to change the channel without some SERIOUS effort. The house has a grill which we used and it was great. The screened patio was awesome and the house was perfectly clean. Bonuses - well stocked - communication with owner was awesome - heated pool - bathroom located right off the pool - available BT speakers to connect and enjoy - strong WiFi. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and we’ll stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our month in Port Charlotte. The house was comfortable and clean, on a quiet street. Everything you needed was available. The grounds are kept well, they came twice to cut the lawn while we were there. We spent most of our time sitting around the pool reading books. The pool is attended to once a week, and is heated, the temperature was at around 86-87 degrees. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. However, we ate out a lot, especially in Punta Gorda, which is about 15 minutes way. There were some great restaurants there, with outdoor patios and Tiki bars. Steve was great to deal with. I contacted him a couple of times about things and he got back to me immediately. We thoroughly recommend this property.

Very nice vacation home in Port Charlotte

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The highlight for us was the electric heated pool which will stay warm even on cold days (especially if you put the cover on at night). It is located in a quiet residential area about 10+ minutes from stores and restaurants. We did find a public park with a beach close by which was very nice but most of the time we went over the bridge to Punta Gorda where we found more nightlife and activities. Check-in was easy and Steve was very helpful and easy to contact. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Relocation Temporary Home

We were thrilled when we entered this home, as the photos do not do this clean as a whittle home justice! Everything you need is stocked, beautifully decorated. and topped off with a gorgeous heated pool. While the home is older, Steve, the owner, has done a great job ensuring guests are delighted with this home. Highly recommend this house for rental to couples or families!!
