This South Palm Desert oasis, located at Ironwood Heights (within Ironwood Country Club) is located a short walk from The Living Desert Zoo and a short drive from El Paseo Luxury Shopping and Dining District and The Indian Wells Tennis Garden (host of the BNP Paribas Open). Relax among the palm trees in the newly finished pool and spa area. This 3,300-square-foot house includes:

- 2 king bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom)
- 1 bedroom configurable as two twin beds or one king
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds
- Full kitchen
- Beautiful sunroom by the pool to enjoy indoor/outdoor living
- Classic wet bar
- Soaring high ceiling
- Outdoor propane BBQ Grill

This house is great for hosting friends and family who visit, with a second primary bedroom with attached full bath and a bunk room for the kids.

2023 Updates!

- A 15 foot projector wall, complete with live TV and all of your favorite streaming apps. Watch the big game or enjoy a movie!
- New are work and decor throughout
- New area rugs and furniture in both the living room and TV room

Things to note:

Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and smart TVs to login to your favorite streaming service. Five TVs located throughout the house, including 15 foot projector in the living room and a 58 inch 4k TV in the TV room.

Outdoor music is prohibited by the city and the homeowners association. Any indoor music that is audible beyond the property line is in violation. Reasonable people noise is allowed from 10 am to 10 pm

Heating of hot tub included. Without pool heating, it may take the hot tub 45 minutes or more to heat up, which you will be able to control via control panel in the house. If you want to heat the pool up to 82 degrees, the cost is $70 per day and will be billed for duration of the stay prior to check-in.

No parking is allowed on the street overnight - but there is plenty of room in the garage and driveway.

Guests who book our house will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is accepted. This is required by our HOA.

If you are interested in staying during a period that is booked, please contact us and we can let you know availability. There are times where we have it reserved for owner use, but would be willing to release those holds for a rental.

Great place to have a family getaway! We loved being centrally located to the activities we wanted to do. We all enjoyed “pool time” every day. The big screen was a big hit for winding down at the end of the day. Already looking forward to next year!

Relaxing Family Get Away!

We spent a month on this property and had a wonderful time. The owner was very helpful and prompt to communicate. The home was clean and spacious. Having a private pool was amazing. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to get back again next year.

Great family house in the desert.

Our stay was very nice. This house is perfectly located for our friends and family and the Ironwood Golf Club, which we love to use when possible. The owner should invest in a new mattress in the master bedroom and some comfortable, new furniture in the tv room. Other than that the house was great, pool so pleasant and the owner very responsive.

Great house in a great location.

Great house in an amazing location. Steps away from the living Desert, and a quick car ride to Paseo Drive, it is easy to get any where in the valley. The house sits in a quiet, private, gated neighborhood, allowing for relaxing poolside experiences. I plan to book this house again.

Snowbird getaway!

The house was great, very clean on arrival! Very spacious with lots of room for guests, and worked well for adults and kids. Pool and hot tub are good sized and the view of the mountains and sunsets are beautiful. Great location, very close to El Paseo and Indian Wells. Peter, the owner, was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay.

Two sisters from Walla Walla and Seattle went in together to purchase a house in South Palm Desert so that they could spend holidays together, and create lifelong memories with their kids, family and friends!

Why they chose this property

We remodeled our house so that it can host one two or even three families. We love being able to stay down there, and then having friends and family come stay with us. Kids can have their own area thanks to the bunk room and families can have their own spaces
thanks to the two master suites. When you want to spend time together, the large living room with 12 foot ceilings, sun room and large outdoor pool area is a great for hanging out!
