The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location for our ski trip! The beds were super comfortable and sheets were soft. Access to the hot tub was great after long ski days, there was plenty of parking available, and the kitchen was well stocked. Ultimately it was exactly as pictured—with great views too!

This VRBO is very nice, great decor, plenty of dishes, well equipped kitchen and was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo was very nice and parking was always available for our truck, trailer and motorcycle. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Was perfect for 2 couples in that we each had own bathroom and then nice common space. Convenient location, house was comfy and had more than the essentials. Good towels, beds, well equipped kitchen, use of pool, - all great. Pictures make things look newer and sparklier than reality but that had no impact on the quality of the stay - just including this info so guests not surprised by that. If you are staying for multiple days know that only small tube of shampoo and small bar of soap provided in each shower so might want to bring your own. Info from host was great - we didn’t need to contact about anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

Decent Durango accommodation

Short drive from downtown. Condo was nice but not as cozy and luxurious as the pictures. Host was easy to contact and responsive. Worked well for 2 adult couples. Several stairs to access.

Comfortable and cute

This place is so nicely decorated and came with the best coffee!!:) it was quiet and cozy and the sheets- oh man. I have to find out who makes them! The owners just put forth the effort in making this home a place you want to come back to.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfy, clean condo. Everything worked well, the kitchen is well stocked, the vies arr nice, and the location is great!The description of the many stairs leading to the condo is accurate. It was not a problem for us as active seniors but could be for those with mobility issues. Heather was very communicative and gracious, and gave very clear directions on accessing the property and everything else. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Durango again.

Great place about 1.5 miles from downtown Durango

Nice condo a little bit outside of downtown Durango. A little bit challenging to find the condo itself. There are a few sets or stairs to get to the unit itself if that is a concern. Parking spaces just below which was nice. It's quiet and tucked away which we enjoyed!

Sweet retreat

A destination to catch up with friends. The condo was perfect for our needs. Close to town and golf course. Nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. We were able to cook and stay in. Or dine at a great selection of restaurants. There are a lot of stairs to climb if that is an issue for anyone. The view however is spectacular.

Get-a-way

The property was clean, well-stocked with essentials and everything we expected. There is a lot of stairs, which we anticipated. The unit is a little hard to find - especially in the dark! Heather was quick to respond to our minor concerns. A very positive experience!

Property location was perfect for our soccer tournament (at Ft Lewis). Only about 5 min drive to downtown Durango, which included shopping, grocery, dining. Property was comfortable. Few minor things that could have been improved: more sheets and pillows for the pullout, screens on windows so we could open without bugs flying in, fan and light controls didn’t all function properly (fan was either on full blast, or off. No in between!). These were all minor and the property and stay were great. Would stay again.

Spacious and well equipped

The condo had more than enough room for the three of us. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have plenty of equipment...I even saw a rice steamer! The owner kept me informed about maintenance projects in the building. It's an easy walk to the Horse Gulch trail system if you want to hike. I counted 40 steps from the parking lot to the front door when using the southern staircase, a few more when using the northern staircase. If you can handle the stairs, this is a nice base for a stay in Durango.

The listing did not tell that you had to climb 3 flights of stairs.No elevator available. With older people in my family with bad knees and hips this was torturous. I would not have chosen this situation for living a week with my family. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this Place

Be Prepared for Stairs

We had two families stay together in the unit and it worked well for us. The stairs were not a problem except for when my father came to visit. Be sure to read the description closely - this rental would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. We liked having the living space on the top level of the building. We brought our own camp chairs and enjoyed sitting outside on the small deck outside the front door.
