AC throughout the condo. This is the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden view condo has a full sized kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and tropical atmosphere make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore is very windy and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Kauai !!

Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 50" flat screen tv, beach chairs/towels, sand toys, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, maintenance, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs, guest laundry facilities.

This condo is in building 35. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. Bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs - living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs. Porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), high chair and stair gates available.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL for empty nights between reservations. 7 night minimum Jan-April, summer and holidays. Cleaning fee of $399 included in quote - ADDITIONAL CLEAN FEES FOR STAYS MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS. $469 for 8-10 nts, $569 for 11-13 nts, $598 for 14-16 nts. We love Kiahuna Plantation!! Grounds and beach access can't be beat! We loved this unit! The kitchen seemed to have just the bare minimum-no salt and pepper, no foil, or plastic wrap. Also had to request more blankets but all in all we LOVED our stay here!

Beautiful Poipu property

My family of 6 stayed at Kiahuna Plantation Resort and it was just amazing!!! Kim the owner was quick to respond, check in/out process was smooth, the property was clean and perfect for us! We enjoyed our daily short walk to the beach every morning, worked out at the athletic club across the street. There’s a shopping center nearby and our kids frequented the Gelato place. We also rented surf boards and boogie boards at the beach hut by the beach for a reasonable price not to mention very convenient. The property had floor fans throughout and we left the shutters open all day which allowed for the cool breeze. I would encourage for a family staying to stop by Costco and Safeway for smaller items before heading to the property. Also BBQ’s right next to the property helped with our lunches/dinner. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!!!

We loved staying at this condo. It was my husband and I and our friend. We had a huge master suite that has its own lanai and bathroom. There was the 2nd room with 2 twin beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Upstairs is a great kitchen with all amenities. The sofa is comfy and large so we watched movies at night. Our friend used the sofa bed which was a queen size and super comfy. She preferred it to the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. We didn’t realize there wasn’t AC but that was fine because of the cross breeze. The condo is right across from one of the main shopping centers. It has its own little beach area and is very close to the Poipu beach in front of Brennekes where the turtles come to shore. We had to contact the Management companyKim and she was so hospitable and gracious. She emailed us with a plethora of activities and information for our stay! We would definitely book again!

Overall our experience was a good one. The property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with one of the screens in the bedroom which allowed bugs to get in but it was addressed right away.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We rented condos # 2560420, 254147 and 1036691 for our Family Vacation - there were 7 adults and 5 children ages 11 to 5. Each of the 2 bedroom condos worked perfectly and the Kiahuna had beautiful immaculate grounds, a lovely beach beach and pool . We explored hiking trails, swimming, kayaking and snorkeling on the island and at week's end, we wished we had longer to have some relaxing days at the resort! We will definitely return to do just that! Kim was very good responding to questions before and during our stay. Our Condos were very comfortable and nicely appointed. These 3 condos and Kim are highly recommended.

Great 2-Bedroom Condo with Nice Amenities

My family and I loved our weeklong stay in this unit in late June 2022. This 2-bedrm, 2-bath unit has everything you need for a great stay in Poipu, on the only beachside resort in the area. The owner provides all the usual items, plus multiple ceiling and floor fans in every room, boogie boards, a nice umbrella, and even a few other beach toys. Most units at Kiahuna do not use A/C, but for us that's a feature, because we find that our bodies quickly adapt to island temps and humidity, especially if you take a cool shower before bed. Large TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Bring earplugs for any sensitive sleepers due to crowing roosters, but this problem occurs all over the island, not just at Kiahuna. This end unit has the added advantage of wind slots in the side wall. The owner was extremely helpful in making plans and giving suggestions, as well as handling a few of our last-minute needs. Highly recommended.

Great communication from the owner, place lived up to the description, and we had a great time. Loved the health club and used every inch of it, including tennis lessons, fitness area, pool, and very nice restaurant. Surf lessons as well, right in property, couldn't be easier. Beach was close, all the amenities we needed were there, and the weather cooperated. A+

We have stayed at kiahuna a couple of times. The units are as described - good value. I wish the condo had some basic kitchen supplies (e.g. foil) like some rentals but otherwise was as expected. No A/C but lots of fans and windows kept us cool at night.

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our boys to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such an easy and gorgeous place to vacation that we just kept going back!

Why they chose this property

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
