All the splendor of this iconic oceanfront setting spreads before you. Uninterrupted panoramas of this world famous surf spot featuring the acrobatics of both marine wildlife and skilled local surfers! We own several timeshare weeks in several units so each week of availability shown in the calendar is for a designated unit.

They are all similarly equipped but may offer subtle variations such as top floor units have vaulted ceilings, end units may have additional side windows. If you are interested in any of the weeks that show as available, please contact us and we can send you the site map showing the unit number and exactly where it is located.

Great location in Poipu and spacious unit

Stayed at this place for a week over Christmas and it was a great condo! Great views, top floor, and very spacious. Be prepared for the parrots who sleep in the surrounding trees to get you up bright and early along with the roosters (it is Kaui after all)! Never needed an alarm to wake us up which was great. ;)

Perfect condo at Lawai!

This condo at The Lawai Resort was everything we were hoping for. It was an end-unit on the top floor in the Alii Building, which means it faces directly out to the ocean. Most important to us is having enough COMFORTABLE furniture for everyone, and the large lanai with the chaise lounges and dining table was perfect. The kitchen is small, but well-appointed with a lot of dishes, glasses, a rice-cooker (!), and Tupperware. The unit was clean, with plenty of bath and beach towels. The snorkeling at Lawai Beach is very good, watching sunsets every night so fun, and the "Surf's Up" smoothie and chili dog at the Riptide stand is yummy. I would highly recommend 1414 and hope to stay again some day! Mahalo!

Aloha! We are the owners, Pepe and Roberta, of the properties we offer for vacation rental. Roberta is an active licensed real estate broker and Pepe holds an inactive license. We both live and work on Kauai and over the years we have slowly purchased a collection of deeded timeshare properties for our own use or that of the family and rent them when not in personal use.

Why they chose this property

Lawai Beach Resort is a favorite because unlike many resorts who book by category only, here at LBR, they will make specific unit assignments for each booking so you know exactly where you will be . All the units we offer are located in Banyan or Alii buildings with great ocean views and access.

The resort has three buildings, Coral is the first to be built and is the only one which does not have unobstructed ocean views unit numbers in Coral Building start with a 3. Banyan Building is front and center of the ocean views as well as proximity to the main pool and other guest services. The reception area is located here as well. The Alii Building is the most westerly and while farthest away from the common amenities it does offer fabulous ocean views and a more private feel away from the action. Our units are all located in Alii and Banyan

What makes this property unique

Unit specific bookings, iconic views to three of the islands most famous surf spots. Whether it is whales, dolphins, turtles or world class surfers you are front and center of it all. This is a walking friendly neighborhood with shopping, beaching and eating all within a comfortable walk.
