Thank you for checking out our listing. We’d love to host you on your next trip to Las Vegas. Our conveniently located, sanitized and spacious home is the perfect landing place for a large family or a group of up to 8 people.

With ‘New House’ smell still in full-effect, this new listing is decked out with new furniture, appliances and decor. You will feel super cozy walking around our carpeted stairs and bedrooms.

The master bedroom welcomes you with cozy robes (to remain at the airbnb) and cozy slippers.

Our home is in a great location. Craig Ranch Regional Park and City View Park, are both located a short 3-minute drive from the house.
We are close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Nice place, but furnishing could be better

The place was located in a nice neighborhood not to far from strip. The place appeared to be kept moderately well. However the furnishings including mattresses and tv’s could stand to be updated. The owner was quick to respond to furnishing some needed toiletries. But was short on wash clothes and towels. And without a washer and dryer we could have used more. We finally figured out the operation of tv in living room, which was simply to put In correct source. Upstairs tv never could get to work. These tvs appear quite old. Recommend a simple step by step guide which has been standard in other verbo stays.

Great not for just vacation

A wonderful home to be based out of. We were there on business and thoroughly enjoyed not being on the strip or the casinos while having full access to them and the convention center. Peaceful resourceful area to stay in.

It was a great place to stay. Their was only one small thing I would say. There was no propane in the bbq. But I would definitely stay again.

It's a great property! Close enough to fun stuff and fantastic! The only minor issue that I had was I was hoping to use the garage for my vehicle, but it isn't available. Parking on the street was acceptable though. Thanks!! Daryl

Absolutely Amazing

The villa was beyond our expectations. The view and villa we're spectacular. John and Guida were so very kind and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend.
