Stayed down here for the MLS Fest for my 12yr old. Needed a place that was large enough to host 3 kids and myself. The 3 bedrooms were spacious with the Primary on the opposite side of the "kid" rooms. The double bed room was great for the 2 brothers and even had a Pacman video game in it, they loved it! Being a cook, the kitchen was perfect and I was able to prepare and cook great meals for the entire family. There was a Safeway grocery store about 10 min away from the condo. Pool was conveniently located right outside of the entry door. The boys enjoyed swimming and soaking in the Hot Tub after long day of soccer. The parking was also located close to the Condo, so I didnt have carry the bags too far! About 20 min to Airport, 3 min from some fast food for those looking for a quick meal. We would stay here again for sure when we come back to AZ!! Thanks for hosting us Joel- very responsive and quick to respond!

The host was OUTSTANDING, best we've had. Really detailed, cool, personable . . . a great communicator. Provided thorough information and lightning fast responses. Bed was comfortable. Nice amenities like hair dryers, electric kettle, iron, strong wifi, pickleball equipment.

My family and I stayed for four nights. It was clean and Joel was very friendly and responsive. The location was great. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend. It had all the space we needed and checking in and out was a very easy process. Joel was very thorough with the instructions.

Peaceful condo in gated community

Stayed here for a week with our 3 teenagers and loved it. Pool is just outside the front door, which is great for getting refrills. Property is quiet and in nice gated community. North Mountain is a great short hike and it’s just a short walk away. Overall a nice place to stay, we’ll be coming back for sure.

Clean and spacious for our family of 6. Enjoyed the pool, and kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Felt secure with the coded gates. Host is friendly and super responsive.

Beautifully decorated condo!

The condo itself was great! Spotless and had all the "extras" you would need. Communication with the owner was excellent. Stayed there in August for 5 days while moving our daughter into college. We loved the pool area; which is directly across from the top floor condo. The location of the gated condo community is not the greatest (more industrial, older area...not a walking area really) however, we felt perfectly safe within the grounds and for the price, would definitely stay here again.

The gem we were looking for.

Excellent Long Term

I stayed for over 2 weeks and this property did not disappoint! Communication with the host was quick and helpful. His instructions were clear and the property was well taken care of! We had a wonderful 2 week stay!

Clean Condo with Perfect Pool

A perfect condo with comfortable accommodations and very clean. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, pans, pots and utensils are included in the rental. In the morning, the deck is a perfect place to enjoy coffee made at the complimentary coffee bar. We sat outside every morning. The pool near the condo was never busy and we enjoyed swimming in the sparking water during the peak of the hot day. La Grande Orange, our favorite restaurant to visit was within a reasonable distance. We would recommend this condo for families or travelers for business due to the exceptional cleanliness, modern decor and location of the condo. The communication of the owner was excellent.
