The home is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and is just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, the desert landscape, and the mountain views. We decorated and furnished your home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests. You also have 1GB WiFi, a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix & Disney+, and local channels. There's also a full-size washer and dryer that is shared with the people living in the guest house on the property. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Great location! Perfect for multi-generational family!

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. We all enjoyed the accessibility of trails just down the street. Quick access to highway to get where we needed to go. Well thought our updates to the house with very comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable.

Family Trip

The location and ease of speaking with property manager were great! We had a few minor issues 1)washer and dryer not hooked up, which the property manager got taken care of the next day, 2) strong sewer odor coming from kitchen garbage disposal, which property manager stated he would have looked at (our stay was only 3 days so I did not expect this to be fixed while we were there!) Overall it was a great experience and we would be glad to stay here in the future!

We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are a short walking distance to a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
