Water heater was way too small for the tubs would run out of hot water about quarter way of full. Certainly not enough capacity for bot tubs if wasn’t enough for one

We had a blast! The cabin was more cozy than expected, beds were really comfortable, and kitchen had everything a cooker wish for. The jacuzzi was already warm up and ready to relax.Internet can fail during bad weather, but they had DVD player/ movies, books and family friendly games to enjoy, or can enjoy arkades and pool table too. Extra towels and linens were provided. Would definitely come back!

4th of July Getaway

We had a great time; the cabin was really just like the photos. My only comments are that the grill outside is a little rusty and the drive through the complex to the cabin is a bit steep...but we loved playing the old style arcade games!

Beware: Ant infestation in kitchen( the ant spray can under the sink was empty which was a dead giveaway that there was a problem), stains on quilt in master bdrm, smelly bedding, uncomfortable hard beds that squeaked with every move, no shelves in showers for shampoo/bodywash, no icemaker/broken ice trays, treacherous drive to reach the cabin on mountain, difficult parking at unit, cabin had no view…backed directly up to side of mountain & sandwiched among other cabins located in cul-de-sac. Dirty deck & front porch. Disappointed that we paid so much for a dump. The pics online did not represent the actual condition of the property. We left a day early because we couldn’t take the cabin conditions any longer. After reading the previous reviews & complaints, we knew that dealing with the host was a lost cause. No remedies had been made by host for same complaints by past renters. This was not our first time renting a cabin in pigeon forge, but it will be the last time renting from this host. I hope the new cabin owners are made aware of these issues asap!!

We are very sorry your stay was so disappointing. The issues you described - ants in the kitchen, stained and smelly bedding, uncomfortable squeaky beds, lack of shower shelving, broken ice trays, dirty deck/porch, difficult parking and drive, and a lack of the expected view are unacceptable and fell short of our standards. We will review cleaning and maintenance records and inspect the cabin immediately. We’ll schedule pest control and a deep clean, launder or replace bedding, address mattress and bed-frame noise, repair/replace the ice trays, and clean the deck. We will also reach out to our marking team about updating the listing photos and description to more accurately reflect the property, parking, and driveway conditions, and follow up with our teams about recurring complaints so these items are resolved.
