The area was fantastic the unit was close to beach, and pool. Con’s were on arriving our socks were black from tile floor. Also hallway going from unit to ground level smelled musty and even leaving top door open didn’t help.

Great stay

Nice and clean and perfectly accommodated my little family. Had everything we needed and more! Upon arriving the property manager informed us that beach equipment had been damaged and more had been ordered and would be delivered bye Amazon which was great. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Indian Shores and would definitely stay again.

Beach Get Away

We had a wonderful time and only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer. The condo is in a great location with close walk to Beach and access to a nice pool ! We would go back for sure.

This townhome was perfect for our family of 4! Extremely clean and comfortable! The 2 twin bedroom and bath worked out great for our 2 kids. Having our own bathroom and the half bath provided even more space for cleaning up after the beach or pool! We ran into an issue with the internet on our second night, which wasn’t make or break for us, but the hosts were prompt and adamant about getting it fixed! We appreciated the communication and facilitation between the hosts and spectrum to ensure the internet was restored.

Great stay!

It was a great week to return to a place in Florida I grew up visiting every year since I was a child. The place was clean, friendly, and close to everything we needed to access. The house was equipped with all the amenities (including beach items) that we needed, which made packing a lot simpler. Chris and Diane were very responsive to any questions we had, which we appreciated. It was a very short and simple walk to the beach, as we were easily able to carry our beach items and let our toddler daughter walk beside us. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Nice place to stay

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The location isn't as busy as those to the north or south. The beach was just across the street. There is a little convenience store nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that the pool was freezing cold, so we didn't get to use it. I would stay here again.

Quick Family Trip to the Beach

This property is clean and adequately equipped. It is close to the beach- just a quick couple of minutes to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and his response time was very quick. The property is close to many restaurants and is easy to get to from Tampa and easy access to St. Pete area.

Great location! Good communication from owners. Had to do some cleaning, smell as if its been wet inside, and the popcorn was falling off the ceiling sometimes when you close the patio doors.

Great location at a great price

Perfect location with quick walk across the street to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood and unit is away from main road. Be aware that there are 2 sets of stairs from the ground level to the bedrooms with no elevator. Cable TV included on smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms.
