Tracie was very responsive to my inquiries. Her condo is fabulous. I would bring to her attention. It needs a deep cleaning. On the golf course, location of my Lay is perfect. A lot of things to do around that area.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean, some issues with garbage disposal but property manager was responsive.

I am so glad you had a wonderful time staying at our condominium. Thank you for bringing up the garbage special issue. We did have that replaced. It seems when you live on the ocean you need to replace the garbage disposal every couple of years. The soft seas like to take advantage of our appliances.

Location is top notch!

We love the Wailea area, great beaches and walking areas. The condo is situated close to the amenities we enjoy, and had everything we needed.

Great location and accommodations

We had wonderful stay and enjoyed the place. We used rental car everyday, but a few restaurants, cafes and a shopping center are in the walking distance. Overall, great experience, highly recommend Tracie’s place!

Fun fun fun

Great condo. Serene setting Fun watching the golfers close to pool, beach , and kihei. Might be my last time in Maui so this was a great place to stay.

Maui marvel!

Grand Champions is central and very nice. We enjoyed Tracie’s unit and loved proximity to pool and bbq. Would definitely visit again.

Great Location!

This property was in a wonderful location. My husband and I walked to get coffee every morning! The views for wonderful as well. Had a wonderful time can’t wait to return.

A very nice location in Wailea

Our family of four enjoyed our vacation at the condo. The pools and hot tubs were great and very near by. The furnishings could use updating as others have mentioned but for Wailea, it still was a good value. We would definitely come back again.

Dated and smelly

I made the most of a bad situation but the kitchen is smelled of rotting wood. This was exacerbated by the poor air conditioning in the main living area. The owner and property manager were responsive and helpful but net-net I spent those nights isolated in the main bedroom away from the horrid smell. I wish the owner and property manager the best but they need to invest to make the necessary fixes.

Great views

We had a lovely stay. The condo is perfectly located, has great views, lovely grounds and pool. Furniture is comfortable. A second key would be great and a little more attention to maintenance and deep cleaning. Mahalo for the stay.

WHICH ONE OF OUR SONS RUNS NOW, AND I SOLD REALESTATE STARTING IN 1968, I STILL HAVE MY BROKERS LICENSE IN CA. AND CO.I REALLY ENJOY TAKING CARE OF THE RENTALS . TRY TO MAKE THEM SPECIAL. I KNEW WHEN I WALKED INTO THIS UNIT #66 I THOUGHT IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS IN GRAND CHAMPION, I UNDERSTAND IT WAS THE MODEL HOME WHEN IT WAS FIRST BUILT. I HAVE CONTINUED TO IMPROVE THE CONDO WITH ALL NEW APPLIANCE AND CARPETS FURNITURE.WE USE TO PLAY A LOT OF TENNIS HAD TO STOP FOR A WHILE
HAVING IT SO CLOSE IS GREAT WE CAN WALK FROM THE UNIT.JOE'S BAR AND GRILL ARE RIGHT THERE, AND EASY WALK TO WAILEA SHOPPING AND BEACHES,
