Perfect Location

This property is centrally located, which makes it super easy to take a couple minute stroll down to the beach with a wagon full of chairs and drinks, or a short drive to the local restaurants or stores. Home has been nicely updated and won’t disappoint. Our kids loved playing in the pool and it was great having the shaded space and outdoor seating area.

This Wonderful Anna Maria beach house was perfectly located. It sits in a nice area close to all the islands amenities. The house was very well taken care of and it's beachy decorations added to the house's tropical feel. Its well Design backyard gave you a resort like experience and the pool delivered the winning touch.

Beautiful Home!

Home was perfect for our stay. Pool was shady in February and we were next to a busy road but didn't deter our fun. Kitchen was well stocked and we took a golf cart 2.5 blocks to the beach daily. Good location on the island - easy to go North to Pine and South to restaurants and shops. Loved our stay!

Great place!

My family and I had a great time at seahorse paradise. The house was just as the pictures are. If I had to say anything negative about the house. I could only say that I wish we could have turned the thermostat down a couple of degrees. The house was a little warmer than we are used to. But I understand they are trying to keep the power bill under control. Other than that it was very pleasant.

Enjoyed this nice property with the pool and outside area. The only downfall was the couch and loveseat. They were very worn out and uncomfortable with no support. Location was close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc.

When we arrived we had to go pruchase brooms and mops to clean the floors because they were so filthy. The cleaning crew did a very poor job. Other than that we enjoyed the property.

Great first stay on AMI!

The listing was very accurate and provided a good representation of what we were renting. As our first time on AMI, friends had told us its a good idea to rent a golf cart to get around, and we're glad we did as it made it a little easier carting things to and from the beach and exploring other parts of the island. Would recommend this property!

Awesome Location but most because it is on the corner with Gulf/Marina Dr

Pros: Great location, easy beach access, good size pool for the grandkids, comfortable beds. Cons: Road noise, old worn out living room furniture, cookie sheets and some of the fry pans should be thrown away, no pot holders, limited silverware. No extra added touches such as sanitizer or hand soap in the kitchen which surprised me with Covid.

Rating the home alone would be 5star. However our overall experience was a 0. The home was lovely and well appointed. Perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Location was great for short easy walk to the beach. Pool area was beautiful. Our stay in this lovely home on a quiet beautiful island was unfortunately unsettling and disconcerting. My suggestion to future renters is to demand notice by the management company of who and when service providers will be entering the premises and require them to announce themselves and ask for an adult (inside the home AND the fenced pool area) for maintenance or cleaning purposes - especially if you have teenage daughters.

Although you are renting a privately owned home, our team still has the obligation to both our home owners and our guests to have the grounds serviced during guests stay. The pool is serviced weekly and we state so in the property information. We don't mention the day as it varies depending on the weather conditions etc. All vendors should announce themselves before entering the pool area and we sincerely apologize if this was not the case. Perfect for the whole Family!

We visited Seahorse Paradise with our two boys, 4 & 8, along with our in-laws last week for spring break. The house was very clean, and nicely decorated. Between the indoor and outdoor space, we had plenty of room for everyone not to feel on top of each other. The boys enjoyed the pool every day! The beach was just a short 3 block walk, and was stunning. It was nice to decide whether to do the pool or the beach, or both in one day. It was also VERY nice to have the pool toys, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs and towels.

old furniture,no control of thermostat and pool

The living room furniture was worn out. We had no control of the heat in the house for the 1st half of our stay. But the worst part of the stay was a pool that never got above 80 degrees. The main reason for having a heated pool is to be able to swim during our stay but the pool was so cold you could not even put your feet in the pool. Disappointed. Even after complaining we got to control the thermostat was fixed but the pool heat never got better.

Please note that we set the pool to 84 degrees but cannot guarantee that the pool will heat to that temperature.The pool heaters are susceptible to ambient air temperatures which can cause the heaters to shut down in cooler weather. Our records show that you called our office two days after your arrival to let us know that the pool was cold. Our tech determined that the water level was low and added water to the pool. After following up the next day, it was determined that the pool was heating and running properly. We hope that you were able to enjoy your overall stay and hope to have you visit with us again soon.

House was beautiful and comfortable. Location was great! We woild give it five stars but the pool was not clean. Too much debris on the pool floor the entire time. Pool cleaned once but still debris on floor after pool cleaning company left.

Seahorse paradise vacation

Our family had the best time ever on this vacation. The Seahorse paradise is a beautiful spacious house! We loved the downstairs outdoor area and couldn't get enough of the pool! The walk to the beach was not too long. We can't wait to return to AnnaMaria Island and stay at the Seahorse Paradise!
