Boston Red Sox spring training stadium(Jet Blue Park) and Minnesota Twins spring training stadium(Hammond Field) are just a few miles away. 1 dog is welcome with owners approval.

Beautiful vacation home

We enjoyed a lovely extended visit at this property. Everything was as advertised, and the property owner responded promptly to all of our questions . We were located close to many shopping centers, restaurants and nightspots. Thank you Kramers for a great family vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral and hope to return in the future. The house was perfect for the two of us. The pool was amazing!! Everything was very neat and clean. The furniture and decorations were wonderfully done. A big thank you to the owners!!!!!!!!

A Great Oasis!

We loved our stay at this Cape Coral home. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was warm and got sun all day! We used the hot tub everyday, it was very comfortable to relax in. The beds were very comfortable too. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cape Coral property

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The house was beautiful, with an open floor plan! The master bedroom was gorgeous looking out at the pool! The pool and jacuzzi were so refreshing after a day out in the sun! The location is 12 minutes from Matlacha and Pine Island, 20-25 minutes to Ft Myers beach, and 35-45 minutes to Sanibel Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved it all!

Property and owner were great. Home was beautiful and well stocked. Ran in to couple of mechanical issues which were handled immediately by the owner, great communication solved problems speedily. Wonderful neighborhood and location was perfect. The lanai, pool, & hot tub were wonderful, although no pool cage as seen in pictures (probably from hurricane in September). The stay we had was the best yet! Loved it all!

Winter Getaway

My husband and I traveled with friends and spent three weeks vacationing at this home in Cape Coral. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite area was the pool/lanai. Home is perfect for outdoor living. We had a great time. Cape Coral is a very nice community. We had to plan our beach time as there is a drive involved but we visited five beaches during our stay. We would return again and vacation at this lovely home!

Wonderful

The property was clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Felt like Home. Manager/Owner Jim Kramer was in touch not only at check in but through out our stay to check that we had no issues. We travel with a small dog and have stayed at other VRBO that allowed dogs and the home as well as the yards werenot very well maintained, this home was an exception, everything was pristine. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.and make it ours for 6 weeks.

Snowbirding

Wonderful way to escape the cold winter months of the midwest. Loved the location & the house was perfect for me & the dog. Hubby came down 9 days mid-January & came back mid-March for a few days before we headed back home. Working remotely the whole time & enjoying the warm sunshine was a win, win! The host, Jim, was great to work with & quick to respond to any questions I had. Can wait to winter again in the Sunshine state.
