We stayed for our visit to Lassen NP and wanted a functional kitchen and private bath. While we had both, the bathroom floor was extremely "soft" in front of all fixtures and should really be addressed. It felt like we were going to fall through it.

This unit was smaller than we expected.… The bunkbeds allowed little room to walk around them. The bathroom was functional but could stand to be refreshed. We did not use the kitchen except for refrigerator and coffee maker.

I enjoyed the living springs thoroughly. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone. The host and company were outstanding and accommodating. The staff very nice. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Very clean and organized . Thank you living springs

Beautiful and surreal

I’ve always driven through shingletown on the way to see my folks. This is the first time I’ve taken advantage of the beautiful surrounding are. The living Springs resort was absolutely the best experience. The Host was exceptional and his crew so nice and just outright pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Very clean, organized and perfect. Thank You Peter for being an outstanding Host. And to your staff for the kindness.

The motel looked like it had been renovated at some time or another but it didn’t look like they were keeping up with maintenance and the room could have definitely been cleaner. The electric vehicle charging stations that can be found in the motels’s parking lot had been blocked by a poorly educated inconsiderate.
