The condo is located on the second floor of a row house with off street parking for 2 cars. The condo has a washer dryer, fully furnished kitchen, central air conditioning and a nice exterior deck. The condo sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other. You will enjoy the cozy living room with wide screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. 30+ days for minimum rental.
