From Brian—Loved my stay. Very easy walk to the art district. You could spend a week exploring all the nearby shops. As for the unit, it’s the little things that matter—plenty of outlets for multiple electronics, a shower head at the appropriate height for tall people, and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely stay again.

The place is perfectly located near restaurants in the Gulfport area. Very clean and great communication throught the rental process. I.was able to meet the owners and they were very sweet and gave me tips to enjoy the area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if ai return to this area.

Great, affordable property! We loved that it's in a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to low-key entertainment, dining, and the beach park. St. Pete's beach is about a 10 minute drive over the bridge. The hosts took great care of us during our stay.

Spent 4 days at this rental following our cruise. Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and close to attractions. Our family resides in Gulfport, Florida. We visited Gulfport from Vermont a few years ago. Within days, we decided to stay and purchased this charming beach house. The side rental unit has recently undergone a remodel. This mid-century modern, quiet, breezy, and quaint beach house is bathed in sunlight with its windows open, offering breathtaking views of the gorgeous skies and honeysuckle vines cascading over the fence. We reside in the main part of this wood frame bungalow with separate entrance, yard and parking.

Why they chose this property

This family owned property has a private entry side studio apartment that we are renting out, behind a fully fenced side gate. The sunset views beyond the palm trees on this quiet historic brick street are intense and gorgeous. It's a vacation every day. The location is perfect for beach walks, picnics in the park, having coffee or brunch in Downtown, or enjoying the local culture at the Tuesday morning local farmer's market in Downtown Gulfport, FL. Our little town is truly a local gem, and we would love to share our find with you!
