This condo was one of the cleanest, most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Everything inside and out looks just like the photos. There is an IGA grocery/everything store with two floors for your one stop shopping. The hosts Ann and Bo have thought of everything to make one’s stay an enjoyable one. They provide provisions most rentals do not. And The view was amazing!

Great place to stay for small family vacation

The condo was beautiful, clean, and updated. We loved the balcony with the ocean front view and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and plan on coming back!

Peaceful getaway!

Nice, relaxing condo on the beach. My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as local restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

Awesome stay 7/24/24

The condo was perfect and highly recommend renting!! It was incredibly clean with exceptional decor. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location with an amazing view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the beach

Beautiful beach getaway

We had a wonderful visit to the beach, and this property was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, had all of the necessities and a beautiful view. The beach access was perfect and this was a lovely time of year for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

Cherry Grove beach!

We stayed in North Myrtle beach for our son’s baseball tournament. Ann’s condo was perfect! Clean, newly updated, and the location on the beach was perfect. We will stay here whenever we are in the area.

Everything was perfect. Condo was immaculate and very clean. Beautiful views. The second bathroom is only a half bath (no shower) but still perfect size for us Will stay again.

My husband and I and our two children really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. We loved the quietness, the pool, the close walk to the ocean, and the amazing views. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to relax

Such a wonderful , perfectly decorated condo to enjoy a few days of relaxation. The balcony was made for a morning cup of coffee with a spectacular view of the ocean. I would highly recommend to friends and family .

Baseball and beach

This is the second year we stayed at this fabulous condo while our son played in a high school baseball tournament. Once again, the accommodations did not disappoint! Ann is a kind and thoughtful owner. The condo is spotless and has beautiful views of the ocean. You cannot go wrong staying here!

Fabulous location!

If you want beachfront, this is the place for you! We were just steps from the ocean and had a great view from the balcony. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Super large and comfy couch. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella provided were a nice touch as well! Things to note: parking is somewhat limited, and noise/footsteps were frequent from the condo overhead - not enough to bother us but might for some. Overall, great experience and we plan to return!

Clean & Fabulous

I couldn’t of asked for anything better!! The owner was so accommodating for us and we had everything we needed plus some! The location is perfect, out of the way of the hustle but still close to everything you need and fantastic places to eat. The view is amazing with clean beaches for lots of walking and shell findings! The beds are comfy and the unit was clean as a whistle!! Drink your coffee on the deck and enjoy the view you won’t be disappointed!!

Simply as good as it gets!!

Proper was immaculate! Ever amenity imaginable was present at check in including cooking spices, surplus supplies of toilet tissue, paper towels, coffee, sugar and salt, etc. it was like walking into my own kitchen! A surplus of towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo even a hair dryer! On a 10 point scale, this property is an 11!! Can’t say enough good things about the property!

Let me first say the property is amazing. The pictures do no justice. The place was immaculate not a grain of sand on the floor. Everything was clean and orderly. Ann was such a great host. She helped with every detail I needed to make this weekend getaway perfect. Her concern about what her guests need and want goes above and beyond standards. This has been the best beach weekend ever. We will be back and soon!

Nice condo but renters beware

The property location was good, the condo was nice, parking was very limited. Overall we had a great time. However, 3 days after checkout we were notified that the owner filed a property damage submission for almost $600.00 alleging that we damaged the condo (claiming that there were holes in the wall that needed to be repaired, pictures replaced and balcony floor needed to be repaired). We did not cause any of these damages..I did tell the owner that the shower rod fell down (which my husband put back up) but we did not put any holes in the walls or break anything or damage the balcony). I asked for pictures… she sent me pictures that were not time stamped and you couldn’t even confirm where the hole in the wall was. The picture she alleged we broke, in fact was broken in the picture she sent, but was not caused by us. Since the pictures were not time stamped it may have been broken prior to our stay or after our stay. She also alleged that she was notified that we had more than 4 people in the condo and we were also throwing cigarettes over the balcony. First off, there was only the 4 of us in the condo at all times and secondly, none of us smoke. So I asked her why this was not addressed while we were there since she said she was notified by the HOA while we were there, to which she did not respond so I can only assume this was not addressed because it is not true. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had even talked about going back to this condo but considering the false claims/accusations we will not be staying here again.

Yes I did file my first damage claim. The condition my condo was in after check out was not good. It had a hole in wall, two broken pictures something that looked like coffee all over the new balcony floor. I only allow four people to stay in my unit and no smoking. I was told there were more than four people and they were throwing cigarette butts off balcony. This is not the kind of guests we are looking for. Our place is very family and kid friendly. Even this guest was interesting in returning. I understand accidents happen, but I also believe in common courtesy. I check my condo before and after each quest. It is my goal to provide the best experience for my guests.
