The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while Guest Room 1 offers a queen bed and private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Guest Room 2 includes two twin beds, and the living room provides a full sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes quality linens, extra pillows, and blackout shades designed for restful nights after beachside adventures.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on your private oceanfront balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean along with the refreshing coastal breeze. Whether you're sipping morning coffee at sunrise or winding down after a day on the sand, the outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to enjoy the beauty of Cherry Grove Beach. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
LINENS & TOWELS The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. We do not provide a daily maid service.
A personal car or rental are recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views. When we first arrived it had not been cleaned from the fresh painting that had occurred.We called the rental manager and they quickly sent a team out to clean and stock the unit. They were very helpful and apologetic.Plenty of room and quiet.Would recommend room darkening curtains in bedroom.

Properly was clean and comfortable, but could use some updates. Kitchen had everything needed to fix meals, although appliances are dated. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the waves.

The condo had so many thoughtful details; including a well equipped kitchen and extra fans in the bedrooms. We had plenty of space for two families of 4. We loved the view from the balcony, the area was very family friendly. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was great. We didn't use the pool ( it didn't look appealing) but did check out the deck (suspect looking). Condo had a great view and we enjoyed the area.

Not being able to watch sports on tv was disappointing to say the least. Some onsite instructions and basic guidelines would have been helpful. There were a couple of bugs and the owners seem to be addressing that. Just needs a little tightening up the property because it's in a great spot.

The pros: the furniture seemed high-quality and new. The location on the beach was topnotch: right on the water, near the northernmost point of the Grand Strand. The cons: two of the bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, face the front of the building which is brightly lit all night. The curtains in the bedrooms barely filtered the light, so we slept in twilight. It was not a good night's sleep. I recommend installing blackout curtains.Also, you are renting through a rental agency using VRBO as a front. When you go to check in, you are directed to another website where you need to sign a rental agreement and give them 3 copies of your ID. One of the things I love about VRBO is the seamless rental experience. This was not that.

Very happy with our stay
The pool was great but there was some confusion because it said indoor and then somewhere in the listing it had said outdoor.
The condo was very well kept and beautiful and the veiw of the ocean was so beautiful! We had plenty of room for our family and 4 kids! It was well stocked with little random things we needed like cutting boards and things like that. We plan on coming back soon!

The Beach view was spectacular. The kitchen stove range REALLY needs to be updated. The condo was generally clean, however, there was a fork on the kitchen floor, a lone sock and 2 dimes and a nickel in the washer, and the tile floors need a good mopping. It is also in need of a fresh coat of paint. Getting access to this place was like a technological scavenger hunt. The whole process was unnecessarily stressful. I expected it to be easier, like all the other condos that I have rented in the past.

2.5 overall for this unit...clean and nice (did find 2 have dead roaches)..Several appliances issues, garbage disposal did not work, washer required manipulation to work, dryer stopped working last day there...king bed 2 twins together which can be difficult as it moves apart at times, not very many cooking tools available and stove is dated...did let them know of washer issue and they were prompt to fix things...other minor things like a plug cover needed replaced, lamp switches broken off and do not work
3 stars on communication with mgr as I had no need. Condo was clean. View was beautiful for sunrise photos. Didn’t like the king bed and refrigerator “walking”! Would have liked them to be stationary. Liked ROUND dining table. Elevator was out for a day but we managed. Just glad we weren’t on top floor. Although pics were encouraged to look for broken items at check-in, we didn’t notice anything. We did however notice minor things (chipped coaster, cracked dryer vent, ripped LR curtain which I took down, sewed and replaced) we didn’t think we were responsible for damaging. We tried to take better care of the property than our own. We had a wonderful stay and weather was perfect. We would stay again. Oh, and pool door locked some people inside once so we were cautious of using it after seeing that.
