Huge outdoor area includes mini-playground (swing set, slide, trampoline, climbing frame), fenced heated pool (can remote control heat), huge dining deck with sun-free option and picture window, and separate dedicated kids' deck for table tennis, outdoor painting or whatever you fancy! Top of the range appliances, indoor and out! Additionally gym with AppleTV, weights, 2 bikes (SoulCycle bike)! Walk into town, 5 min drive to beach (double garage, can arrange rental of 4-door soft-top jeep with **beach sticker** if interested! You cannot buy these stickers - need to be resident - but they gain access to the best beaches), quiet cul-de-sac (no through traffic) and local caretaker on retainer should you need anything during your stay! Welcome to my dream home!
