The master bedroom, which is upstairs, also has a California king size bed, huge walk-in closet, master bath with jetted tub and shower. Master bedroom's sliding door exits on the upstairs covered porch for stunning views of Balsam Mountain. The third bedroom with adjoining bathroom has a King size bed and one bunk bed along with plenty of closet space.

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM AND DINING: This area features a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, lovely solid cherry dining table and chairs and a small separate bar area. Sliding door from living room exits on the covered porch.

Just across the street from the Grandview Lodge. We are twenty minutes from Maggie Valley and the Cataloochee Ski Area. Thirty five minutes west of Asheville and all of its attractions. About thirty minutes to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah’s Casino, and the Sequoyah National Golf Course.
Take advantage of Allens Creek Park, which is located 15 minutes away walking or 3 minutes driving from our rental property. While surrounded by beautiful mountains, this park provides four multipurpose fields and a paved .4 mile walking path. Also included is a concession stand, restroom facility, paved parking, and playground.
