The deck has a BBQ grill, the kitchen is fully equipped (crockpot, turkey pan too). The home stays very cozy with heated floors throughout as well as a heated walkway (timer) out front. Note: for a few weeks in spring the lake is low until the runoff from the snow refills the lake for the summer/fall.

Just 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park (a great spot to see elk & moose) & Grand Lake, 15 minutes to Granby (SolVista small ski mountain) and 30 minutes to Winter Park. No smoking & no pets.

Why Maureen Betz, Member (Colorado Getaways LLC) chose Northwest

This town home has 3 levels all with lakefront views of Lake Granby. With no neighbors above or below you - its much quieter than a condo in a very small 8 unit complex unit. The home offers 2 King & 1 Queen bed in the 3 bedrooms,a Queen size lazy-boy memory foam pull out couch in the family room (really comfy!) plus 2 sleeping bags & mats, HOT TUB, Wifi, X-Box/games, outdoor fire pit, horseshoes, 2 indoor gas fireplaces, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, movies, books, toys, games, linens/towels, bbq grill, ipod docking station, high chair, pack-n-play, fully equipped kitchen & heated floors throughout the town home as well as a heated walkway out front. There is a Marina attached to the town home with full tackle shop & boat/slip rental & guided fishing tours. The Marina & being 50 feet from the lake is great for families who love boating & fishing! The complex is small & cozy & the area is very quiet.

What makes this townhome unique

Nothing better than being right on Lake Granby. Kids love to roast marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit or play horseshoes year round! With so much sunshine in Colorado, both can be done on many winter days. Families will also enjoy the wifi, xbox, bbq grill & having a washer/dryer is very convenient. The heated floors make it warm & cozy & the heated walkway makes the front sidewalk safe for families. You can also park in the garage - keeping your car warmer & snow free.

Great house with unbelievable views.

  • 5 of 5

Thanks for a great weekend. The house is everything as advertised and more. Thanks for making us feel right at home. You thought of everything right down to labeling on the switches. It's great to be so close to the marina. The people there are knowledgeable and very helpful. It was hard to leave!

Beautiful View and Great Condo

  • 5 of 5

Our whole family had a great time at Lake Granby and the surrounding area. Being on the lake was great and the view is spectacular. The condo is just as advertised, very clean and equipped with anything and everything you would want to make your stay very enjoyable. The agent was easy to work with and the whole experience turned out as planned. Being at 8300 feet in altitude was a bit of a surprise and took some getting used to for us older folks.

Beautiful view & good location

  • 5 of 5

We loved the spectacular views from the bedrooms the living room (it looked better than the pictures!). The house was well maintained and equipped with the essentials. We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Rocky national park or have a relaxing time in the grand/granby lake area.

FUNTASTIC!!! Perfect vacation!! Wish we could have stayed forever!!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay here. Quoting my husband "the only thing that sucks about this place is that we have to leave." I just polled my kids for their adjective of Lakefront Paradise I got back, "fantastic", "amazing", "awesome", "great", and "bangin'", (the oldest teen). The condo was clean well organized and I loved the detailed labels and binder. We rented a boat from Beacon Landing for a guided fishing trip, which was so fun and also saved money on dinner because we ate what we caught. We also rented the boat a couple of times just to play and fish on our own. We roasted hot dogs and smore's on the outdoor fire pit. We hiked Adams Falls 3 times and drove all the way up Trail Ridge Road which has EPIC views (bucket list type, really.) We had a delicious lunch and dinner at Grand Lake Lodge. They have a porch which has majestic views of two of the three lakes and the town. The views from the condo of the lake and surrounding mountains are BEAUTIFUL!! Overall we had an EPIC time and when we make it back we would 100% stay here again!! WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY at Lakefront Paradise.

Nice Property, but Lake Granby is much quieter than Grand Lake, about 8 mile drive away

  • 5 of 5

3 stories right on Lake Granby, nice master bedroom suite but up 2 steep flights of stairs. Quality and comfortable furniture and beds. Hot tub was in good condition. Property manager is always in communication when we had questions.

If you want the restaurants and the bustle of Grand Lake and the Marina, this could be too far away. If you like quiet and solitude, this would be a good fit.

Lovely location

  • 4 of 5

We very much enjoyed our days at this condo. It's a beautiful vacation home. We found it very clean and had everything we needed. Three decks, one for each floor, let us enjoy the outdoors as much as the indoors! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
