Note: for a few weeks in spring the lake is low until the runoff from the snow refills the lake for the summer/fall.

Just 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park (a great spot to see elk & moose) & Grand Lake, 15 minutes to Granby Ranch (a small, family friendly ski mountain) and 30 minutes to Winter Park. No smoking & no pets.

Why Maureen Betz, Member (Colorado Getaways LLC) chose Grand Lake

This town home has 3 levels all with lakefront views of Lake Granby. With no neighbors above or below you - its much quieter than a condo in a very small 8 unit complex unit. The home offers 2 King & 1 Queen bed in the 3 bedrooms,a Queen size lazy-boy memory foam pull out couch in the family room (really comfy!) plus 2 sleeping bags & mats, HOT TUB, Wifi, X-Box/games, horseshoes, 2 indoor gas fireplaces, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, movies, books, toys, games, linens/towels, bbq grill, ipod docking station, high chair, pack-n-play, fully equipped kitchen & heated floors throughout the town home as well as a heated walkway out front. There is a Marina attached to the town home with full tackle shop & boat/slip rental & guided fishing tours. The Marina & being 50 feet from the lake is great for families who love boating & fishing! The complex is small & cozy & the area is very quiet.

What makes this townhome unique

Nothing better than being right on Lake Granby. Kids love to play horseshoes year round! Families will also enjoy the wifi, xbox, bbq grill & having a washer/dryer is very convenient. The heated floors make it warm & cozy & the heated walkway makes the front sidewalk safe for families. You can also park in the garage - keeping your car warmer & snow free.

Great house with unbelievable views.

  • 5 of 5

Thanks for a great weekend. The house is everything as advertised and more. Thanks for making us feel right at home. You thought of everything right down to labeling on the switches. It's great to be so close to the marina. The people there are knowledgeable and very helpful. It was hard to leave!

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

This place was great for our annual trip with friends. It was 3 couples and kids that stayed here for the weekend. The "sleeps 10" is a little false as 2 of those people are in a sleeping bag with a small pad and another 2 are on a pull out couch. I'd say it sleeps 6 adults, or 8 if 2 people don't mind sleeping in the main living area. Luckily we all had small children so it was easy to put them in a pack n play or in one of the king beds with us. They did have a high chair, pack n play, kids books, kids plates etc which was nice to not have to bring along. We loved the beautiful location, very nicely mainted, great instructions on check in/check out. The hot tub and horseshoes were great! We were here in Oct so we couldn't rent a boat, but would be a great place to come back in the summer. We did check out a close by hike (Adams Fall) and the cute town of Grand Lake. All in all a wonderful spot to create some great memories with friends. Thanks!

Beautiful View!

  • 4 of 5

It was pretty peaceful here, able to relax a little. Not far from the National Park, your on one lake, and there are several others. It is just simply a awsome area. Not to far away from some little towns of Grand Lake, or Granby to get supplies. There are some nice places to eat, we only ate at a couple because we chose to cook some. I will say, Elevation Pizza in Fraser, was great. There is skiing close by in winter, and summer hosts quite a few things to do. But no matter the time of year, you always have that view that is just simply breathtaking. As far as the townhouse itself, its pretty, it was clean, there was a small issue and I contacted the owner, they got a repairman they normally use, we happened to be there when he showed up and he was very nice and professional. But it was great to see the owner took care of the issue quickly to ensure we enjoyed our stay. And enjoyed we did!
