This was a perfect little property for my husband and I and 2 kids for a long weekend getaway. The boys each had their own bedroom in the basement which gave them their own space. We enjoyed some beverages on the deck overlooking the lake in the evening. It was just a short drive into town for breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

The place was spacious and comfortable. It is 3 stories and the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It is 5 miles away from Grand Lake and its town. It has a view of a different lake with beautiful sunset. Maureen was a great host

We enjoyed our stay. The picture shows the lake much closer to the place than it really is. It's about a 1/2 mile away. But still a lovely view and decks off two levels.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and the lovely views. Unfortunately we had record level low snowfalls last year and the lake was very low this summer. El Nino is supposed to dump a lot of snow this winter and that will bring the water levels back up to normal levels!

We loved this condo! It was a perfect fit for 7 of us. We cooked alot and really appreciated a kitchen well stocked with equipment. We loved sitting on the balconies with tea in the mornings, very peaceful! Condo was super clean and close to RMNP! Beds were very comfortable and host was very responsive! Highly recommend!

This is the second time we rented this beautiful home. It’s so nice to be close to the lake and local amenities. We enjoyed our time here last summer and now this summer! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, the views were stunning, and the bedrooms were very comfortable.Maureen (host) was so helpful and provided a binder full of local suggestions. Plus, having the marina right behind us to rent a boat made everything super convenient! We would love to come back again!

We spent 4 days/3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, accommodating, and user friendly. The only caveat is the stairs are steep - just a heads up for those with leg/hip issues. We are planning on booking the place again for next year. Thank you to Maureen!

This place was perfect for our family. All the information and directions were very detailed, the place was really clean, and I was able to get a hold of the property manager really easy. If you want great views of the lake, be close to Hot Sulfur Springs, Grand Lake, and Winter Park Resort this is the perfect place to stay! We highly recommend this beautiful townhome!!

Great location and plenty of space

We loved the location and enjoyed the multiple levels of sleeping, with plenty of space to hang out on the main level without disturbing anyone else. The views from the hot tub were beautiful.
