It has amazing views of the natural boulder mountain across the street, which is actually an eagle preserve and conservatory. Out of the back of the Lodge the wind dances through the Shimmering Aspens creating a beautiful vista and sofa rustling sound. Below is the creek that the Lodge is famous for that traverses the entire fenced lot, complete with two private bridges, that naturally run 6-8 months out of the year. The property is full of towering Pines, giant Junipers and mature Aspens that make the `backyard` feel like your own private wooded area complete with fruit trees, volleyball court, gazebo and areas to relax and unwind.

The Perfect Luxury Cabin - This spectacular newly built custom home has everything you need for the perfect family vacation in Big Bear Lake. The upstairs great room/living room is open and beautifully decorated with amazing views, custom furnishings, including a brand-new custom-built sectional queen sleeper sofa, 75” Smart TV with a Sonos play bar, Spectrum cable, fun throw back DVD library & DVD player, and cozy gas fireplace. The dining room is furnished with an amazing authentic Montana barn wood dining table and chairs and there is access to the upper deck w BBQ & outdoor dining overlooking the beautiful land below with amazing forest views. Just down the hall there is a full powder/guest bathroom, just one of six in this amazing luxury home. Just off the dining room is a bedroom/den with rustic sliding barn doors for privacy and glass slider out to the upper deck. This room can be used for an office, private den, or as another bedroom. It includes a 55” Smart TV with cable, wet bar and a queen sleeper sofa, plus amazing views!

An Incredible Kitchen - Whether you get take out/delivery or you are a culinary chef and want to make a big 9 course family feast, this kitchen is truly awesome to both cook in and enjoy time with your guests. The spacious and thoughtful layout of this kitchen affords enough room for many different work stations with no one bumping into each other. You will love this new kitchen with quartz counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, wine and soda refrigerator, and full coffee bar. Whats more is the entire island offers seating for 5 on the other side so everyone can be together whether they are helping with the meal or just snacking and hanging out! If you`re in a hurry, grab some take out and bring it home and setup a quick and easy buffet on kitchen side of the island! A big Taco Bar from Hacienda is our favorite! And don`t worry, everything you need to cook is already there from pots to pans to plates, to baking dishes, to flatware to toys like a Crock Pot for chili!

5 Beautifully Decorated Bedrooms 4 with their own en-suite private full bathrooms - Main level of home - The master bedroom has a brand-new king bed with Ugg comforter, 55” Smart TV plus cable, gas fireplace, amazing views, giant walk-in closet, and a grand master bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower w bench. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with Ugg comforter, a 50` Smart TV, built in laptop work station and it’s very own en-suite private full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom or Bunk Room includes a full sized bed over a queen bunk bed with full sized trundle and a 50” Smart TV, plus its own en-suite private full bathroom. The 4th bedroom can be a den or office and is off the living room/dining area and has private barn door and includes a queen sleeper sofa, 50` Smart TV, wine fridge wet bar and upper deck access. The 5th bedroom is located downstairs off the game room and includes a queen bed, 50` Smart TV, a private master bathroom and deck access to hot tub. Each room has great views of the 3/4 acre forrested lot.

Walk out to the lovely covered deck with bubbling Hot Tub and ping pong table just off the game room. The downstairs bedroom suite is located just off the game room, which includes a queen bed, 55` Smart TV and an private en-suite bathroom, plus a sliding glass door to access the hot tub! You will find a big outdoor volleyball court, various fruit trees, giant Junipers, a running creek 6-8 months a year, custom bridges over the creek, boulders in the grotto along the far side of the creek, two private hills for sledding on the property with our newly built gazebo at the bottom so mom and dad can watch the kids without getting snowed on! Let the kids run and play as the entire property is fenced and has horse fence behind it so no sneaking through! No better wonderland in the snow than our `backyard` forest!!

This home offers an extra-large washer & extra lane dryer set, great for those who need to do laundry after a day at the slopes, hiking or the lake. And we provide the soap!

Business Center - Have work to do while you`re up here? Need to print out lift tickets? No problem! We have a wifi color printer/scanner in the hall closet for all of your business needs which can be done from your phone or laptop via wifi! In addition, the upstairs 2nd bedroom has a nice little laptop station for work, and the upstairs den is the obvious spot to sneak away for a Zoom call behind closed doors. Also, a full mesh internet system is installed so there are no dead zones!

Parking for 4 cars plus garage access with electrical charging station
You will certainly enjoy the level parking in the driveway and access to the 2 car garage. Arriving on a flat street to a flat driveway and a flat garage in the snow is a huge luxury and we have it in spades. Also, pull your electric vehicle in the garage on the right side and enjoy a free car charge for your stay.

Eagle Mountain Estates is a newer development situated within the Fox Farm area of Big Bear Lake, just below the popular hillside development of Castle Glen. Characterized by wide, winding streets, towering pines and an abundance of natural boulders, the area is home to stylish weekend retreats and full-time homes.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

The City law requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the app of your Governmental ID that matches the name of the reservation
No pets $3500 fine plus damages
No smoking inside $3500 plus damages
No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in a severe issue - if a user error or maintenance is refused to verify a spa issue or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up
No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm and dogs left at the property along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking or pets - owner is highly allergic
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by
