Wonderful Royale Palms Stay

Both the property and the amenities were excellent. The unit was very clean and had all the necessities. Everything was well kept. Checking in and out of the property was the best.

Great Beach Condo

This was a terrific condo with ample room for the entire family. The beach access was perfect with nice chairs and umbrellas for rent. The pools at the facility were very nice and it was a treat to be able to use the hotel bar. I would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Condo & location was great Only had one concern, after calling about smoke detector chirping in the master bedroom & reporting it twice, my nephew ended up unhooking it late that day. When a repairman came in to flip a circuit breaker in the master bathroom a few days later I told him about it & he took the top of the detector that was laying on top of dresser with him but never came back.

Absolutely Beautiful

We absolutely loved our time here. Check-in was really easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. All available amenities throughout the resort’s were amazing. With it being during early Spring break the slides were not open during the week. But, on Friday they were open and the weather was great so the kids were able to enjoy that area! We will definitely be booking again for future Myrtle Beach vacations.

July 4th Vacay

Condo was great! Had everything we needed for 2 families to enjoy the 4th on the beach. Check in and check out days can be a little hectic. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service for multiple days but they did their best to fix them quickly. Still give it 5 stars.

Review - Elevator Issue

We just had two nights but it was very good. Only complaint was elevator situation. One was broke the whole time leaving only two operational. Many times we encountered long lines to access the elevator. This property is too nice to have this kind of unaddressed issue.

It was fine

Our stay was just fine. We didn't have any real issues other than the fan not working in the master, which was uncomfortable. I would say to bring your own bed linens. These were terrible felt and sounded like plastic. They were very uncomfortable. Communication was great until we got there and then crickets. Noone asked how our stay was or responded when we asked about thenf an. The waterpark was a joke. If you have kids dont waste your time. We tried to go twice and there are 2 maybe3 slides with 6 hotels at least trying to use them. We could never find a seat. We felt bad for the youngest but she never got a chance to hang out there. Its hardly a waterpark. The indoor pool is in another hotel. It was nice to have multiple pools to walk to but they ae a walk and crowded. While the extra amenitites were nice and the condo itself was very nice it was way overpriced for mediocre facilities. The walk to the "waterpark" alone is a haul especially w kids. Overall it was fine and nice and we eenjoyed it just way overpriced for what you get and the view. We could have stayed stso do we

Beautiful property, our condo was more than amazing!! The shuttle service will take you anywhere that you want to go, within a 2 mile radius, which included a lot. We enjoyed our stay, and we will be back again!!!
