The 24-hour security gate & alarm system ensures a private and worry-free stay. A large full-size Kitchen awaits you with all the essentials! Everything from coffee makers, to can openers, pots and pans and more. Enjoy meals in the kitchen on the breakfast table, in the dining room or out on the pool deck! A Washer & Dryer are also provided.
Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

This house can accommodate up to 2/3 cars in driveway and overflow parking is permitted in some areas.
Each guest vehicle must purchase an access pass for $20+Tax per vehicle (valid for the entire stay).
Each vehicle must have its own access pass. Visitors must register at the clubhouse but are not required to pay the access fee.

This is a pet friendly home $150 dolar pet fee per pet and only small 40 pound or less pets allowed

Quick Disney Visit

Property was great for a short, busy visit to DisneyWorld with family. Host communication was excellent and very responsive. House had all basic needs, and was mostly very clean. Excellent value-for-money, would stay again.

Spacious!

Beautiful place with lots of places to sleep. Comfy beds and nice decor. The alarm going outside to the pool was annoying but the host was helpful and gracious.

Spacious, private and great location

Although we had a few minor issues we had a great time. The issues we had were from past guest not the host. The house gave everyone privacy and the location was convenient to everything. Our family had a wonderful time.

Very Nice Villa and Ideal Location

This is a lovely villa for large parties and in a ideal location near to the parks. If I had only 1 complaint it was that the outside seating was limited with only 6 chairs and a small table. We had great communication with the management company and they ensured any issues we had were quickly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

neighborhood was nice but house was missing a lot of stuff and was not helpful

Almost all the beds were missing comforters, and when i asked for some i was told they did not have any for us. the house also had no forks and when the dishwasher ran the sink would fill up and overflow.

Great space, great location

The apartment was spacious and perfect for two friends traveling together. Location was excellent and it was simple to check in. Some issues with the apartment included kitchen cabinet door missing, vertical blind on master sliding door was missing numerous slates so you couldn't close for privacy, no lightbulb in master lamp, bifold doors don't close, issue with flooring in masterbath area. Needs general maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Listing needs to include there is no coffee pot, just a keurig. OVERALL, this is a great apartment with plenty of space and the location is excellent! Safe neighborhood and walkable to beach an restaurants.

Great house

The house was as advertised. It is in really good shape for a rental property. Everything worked except for the icemaker. The best attributes of the house for us were the solid surface flooring - easy to clean any spills from the grandkids - and the five and a half bathrooms - no waiting in line. The neighborhood is gated. It is quiet and well kept. You do have to purchase a $20 gate pass when you arrive. Communication about the broken icemaker was spotty. We reported it every day and received an answer the last day that a part was on order. The icemaker being broken was no big deal, however I have to wonder what the response would have been if it was the HVAC that was broken. Overall it is an excellent property that is very close to Disney.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The best part of this rental was dealing with the property manager. They were quick to respond to messages and resolve any issues that came up during our stay. They even allowed us to check into the property an hour early which was nice after being in the car for almost 2 days. The size of the home was perfect to accommodate my entire family (15 of us). We were able to sleep 14 of us in the 7 bedrooms and my adult son was nice enough to sleep on one of the couches. I do wish one of the couches had been a sofa sleeper but my son seemed to do OK with the couch. The house was very clean when we arrived with the exception of the pool. The property manager had maintenance come out the next day. There is a very large tree that hangs over the pool (which causes the pool to be shaded most of the day) and I think that affects the pool staying clean plus maintenance had mentioned it needed a new filter. Once the pool was cleaned, the kids had a blast swimming in it. There is also a clubhouse that has a really nice community pool and a small little tiki bar that serves drinks and bar style snacks. I do have 2 small negatives about the house to mention. There is a lack of seating on the patio for the number of guests the house can hold. When we arrived there was only a small patio set that could seat 4 people and 2 lounging chairs. We had to go to Lowe's and purchase a table and 6 chairs just to have some extra seating. I was able to bring the table home but had to leave the chairs there (you're welcome to the next renter). My other complaint is that the cable was cut for the air hockey table making it unusable. The kids were really disappointed to find that it didn't work. Aside from the lack of seating and broken air hockey table, this was a great place to stay. The location is wonderful especially if you're wanting to go to any of the Disney parks. My family had a wonderful time and we hope to go back in the near future!!!

golfing trip

we had a group of guys for a golf trip and the house worked out great. Good location, near lots places to eat and drink and in a lovely complex. plenty of bedrooms and all the facilities we needed. Management company were easy to work with and responsive. The only thing i would say is that due to the number of people the house can hold I think it needs another table and chair set outside.
